I reached out to the dealer as I was in the market for a new vehicle and had prior experience with Galpin VW. Just like my first experience, this experience was GREAT! I had the opportunity to work with Eric and Josh and it was probably the smoothest dealer experience that I have had in a long time. Everything from our initial message, confirming my visit, and having the car ready when I got there. Eric was very patient with all my questions, and helped me find the vehicle I felt was best for me. They both then helped me secure an awesome deal, and we got everything done efficiently. Overall my experience was smooth and I feel extremely satisfied with the level of professionalism.

The dealership itself is clean, accessible, and has great bathrooms! Fernando was amazing! Nice, friendly, and not pushy! Not the typical used car salesman. He was sweet to my parents, and because the car hadn't been smogged, he got me a lyft home and delivered the car to my door. Exceptional service, exceptional personality, and a great place to buy a car! I would recommend Fernando and Galpin to anyone! Great job!
