I have brought my vehicles to Lost Pines for more than 10

I have brought my vehicles to Lost Pines for more than 10 years and have bought two new vehicles from you, also have spent thousands of dollars in your service department. I don't understand why when I made an appointment for a simple oil change, and having arrived will was told it would take an hour to one and a half hours. Yesterday, after having made an appointment for an oil change sent my son with the XB and told him to arrive early so he would not miss the appointment. Got a call from service saying they did not know why he was there, and an oil change would be 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Ask why, service person said he arrived 16 min too early and that they would have to ensure they had all the parts for the oil change. This appointment was made well in advance, this isn't the first time have had such problems with a simple oil change. If this is such a problem, let me know I will do oil changes at a different location. Thank you. John McFadden.

Everybody at Lost Pines is wonderful.

Everybody at Lost Pines is wonderful. My sales rep (Adam Layfield and Jimmy Voight) still greet me when I come in. The service dept. sends me texts to let me know how things are going. Nathan is very helpful and friendly.
