About our dealership

This seller has been on Cars.com since November 2002.
Dellenbach Motors has been selling and servicing cars and trucks in Northern Colorado since R.W. Dellenbach moved here in 1965 with his wife and 11 children. In 1996 he acquired the Cadillac and Subaru franchises in Fort Collins. Due to the commitment to our customers Dellenbach Motors was awarded the title of Subaru Stellar Performer in 2003. The Dellenbach family has continually supported the Fort Collins community by donating a new vehicle to United Way of Larimer County to raise funds since 1988. Dellenbach Motors is still owned and operated by his children which employs over 140 employees. We are proud to serve Northern Colorado.

I just brought our Cadillac in for our first oil change

I just brought our Cadillac in for our first oil change since buying this CT5. I was very impressed with the dealership and especially our Service Advisor, Bryan Durfee. He helped with makimg sure blue-tooth was set for this CT5, explaining some features of the Cadillac. My car will always be there for each service...

Friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive service reps!

Friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive service reps! Dellenbach?s mechanics have always done excellent and thorough work. I know because I have historically done most of the work/maintenance on my 1997 Silverado and review what they do for me.

Worst customer service experience ever.

Worst customer service experience ever. 6 months getting the run around on a simple little trim piece that should be covered under warranty and I can't get an answer from the dealer or GM themselves. Promised call backs never happen, weeks between any updates, and the updates never include any progress. I think they just want to screw you around long enough to where you give up and go away.

Great dealership, very fair prices and a great salesman

Jhony and the entire staff were great!

Jhony and the entire staff were great! Negotiations were fair and transparent. We were in and out within a few hours trading our truck and left with a new Tahoe

I had a wonderful experience working with Ben and Nick Myers. I am so happy that I found a vehicle. There was a little issue with my car at the beginning, but Nick had no problem into reaching out to the correct people and fixing them as soon as I asked. Nick definitely kept me in the loop every step of the way, if it was by text or call he was on top of it! We live out of state and Nick even drove the extra miles to bring my vehicle to me. We definitely will be purchasing our next vehicles here! I highly recommend Dellenbach Motors!! Let them know that I (Marissa Medina) sent you!

My 2008 Chevy Colorado with 45,000 miles will often not

My 2008 Chevy Colorado with 45,000 miles will often not start so I took it to the dealer, Dellenbach Motors. They I insisted I needed a new battery, which I replaced. They also changed out the passenger exterior door handle for $300. AFTER I SPENT $450.00, they told me they couldn't fix the problem. They say it needs a new ignition lock cylender and Chevy no longer makes them for my Colorado. Now it is sitting in their lot, not starting, until I can get it to a mechanic who can actually fix it. I bought the truck new and fully expected it run at least 200,000 miles - NOT 45,000 miles! I am bummed. I did like the people I dealt with in the service department, they treated me very well.
