Prestige Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM

I haven’t been into a dealership in years because I think they’re slimy, predatory, and lack any sense of integrity. Was working with a salesperson via text for a week or so. Finally have time to drive over an hour after work one day to test drive a car. Time confirmed more than once, and instead of communicating with me at any time that the car sold, they waited for me to show up at the front door to tell me it’s gone. Thank you making me a miss an evening with my baby and family to confirm why dealerships are a cesspool.

Absolute waste of my time. Took a test drive on a used vehicle, and then scheduled a "VIP test drive" that was supposed to last a few hours. When I showed up for that appointment, suddenly "You can't take that car today, I've got an interested buyer that will be here in 30 minutes for that car and is already approved for finance, so are you a serious buyer?" I was a serious buyer, so after wasting my day off at Prestige, I drove to another dealer that had the same car, except a year newer and 10k fewer miles and bought it that afternoon.

I had the recent pleasure of working with Kayla on the purchase of my 2nd truck from Prestige, and she was amazing. Made the buying experience great, which is not usually the case at a dealership. This was my first time buying a jeep at Prestige Jeep in Line don’t. I had bought 2 previous jeeps at a different Jeep dealership in NOCO Amin a relatively short time frame. Upon trying to buy the 3rd jeep that dealership was not willing to work with me over leather seats. I drive the same day to Prestige and told them my story and they bent over backwards and had me in my new jeep in 2 hours. I will never buy a jeep elsewhere. Leigh is one of the most experienced and friendly automobile sales reps that I have ever encountered in my 78 years he’s attentive, well-informed and stays on top of the situation. I have full confidence in everything he tells me and I am sure that he will follow through on every commitment he has made.
