I cannot recommend this place enough. They have been very accommodating the 2 times we have purchased. Our first purchase was smooth and the car ran well. Because our first experience was so smooth we made another purchase at this place. Autumn, Adam and the whole team were great to work with. It can be stressful buying a used car, especially for your teenaged driver and I am grateful to have dealt with an honest used car dealership.

THIS PLACE WILL SELL LEMONS! DO NOT PURCHASE. THE FOLLOW UP TO MY PREVIOUS REVIEW IS A LIE. THE NISSAN MAXIMA WAS NOT DRIVEN OUT OF STATE MULTIPLE TIMES HOWEVER ONLY DRIVEN TWO HOURS BEFORE THE TRANSMISSON FAILED ON THE NJ TURNPIKE WHICH AT TIME WE WERE ASKED WHY WAS THE DRIVEN THAT FAST. It was 80MPH! AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE WE WERE NOT TOLD IF THE CAR DRIVES MORE THAN 80MPH OR MORE THAN 2hrs THE TRANSMISSION WOULD FAIL! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!! WHEN 83AUTO WAS NOTIFIED WE HAD THE CAR TOWED 2HRS BACK TO THE LOT AS THEY SUGGESTED THINKING WE WOULD RECEIVE HELP FOR THE NISSAN MAX THAT WAS DRIVEN FOR 5days!!! Only to get SWINDLED OUT OF SPENDING MORE MONEY!

Purchased a 2010 Honda CR-V and had a smooth, straightforward experience. The vehicle was clean, well maintained and exactly as described. I just recently purchased my second car from 83 Autos within a year timespan. The first car was a Honda Accord. It was a very clean, reliable car. I had no mechanical issues or any issues for that matter up until it was totaled hitting a deer. But thanks to Peter, Adam & Michael they worked with me to get me in another car even before they received the check from the insurance company. My recent purchase was a Toyota Camry. It's super clean and has been an absolute joy to drive thus far. I highly recommend giving them a chance to help get you in your next ride.

Amazing selection of used cars for any budget, super easy buying process and very friendly and helpful. Drove from east Baltimore out to york, pa to get away from the city dealerships and it was well worth the travel 10/10 highly recommended! They take care of Maryland tags here as well.
