If you need a vehicle...Call Greg Turpen

Stop by the Florence, AL Chrysler and talked to the salesman name Greg Turpen. He show me a Chrysler Town and Country. He listen to me and got me to a payment that met my budget. Greg will always be my first choice in my vehicle purchase. I would recommend him very highly!!!

I drove 5 hours to deal with Greg Turpen!!!!!!

I lived in Jonesboro, AR. I seen a Wrangler Rubicon on line that I was interest to purchase. I call the 800 number and talked to Greg Turpen. He was very easy to deal with. That's the reason I drove 5 hours to purchase from him. The dealership and Greg was a great experience for my daughter first Jeep.

poor business management.

I pulled up to inquire about the price of the car and the salesman wouldn't even tell me the price. I had cash for my purchase and they wanted focus too much on my monthly payments. You could tell the salesman wanted to be helpful but was being forced by management to go through some process which included making me test drive the car before telling me the price. The entire experience was horrible. When I buy a car I like to feel I'm in control of the transaction but there they tried to forceful which in the end cost them the sale. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Best experience!

I had the best experience at University CDJR Florence. They were willing to work with me and gave me a free Carfax on the vehicle I was wanting to purchase before I signed any papers. I had been to MANY dealerships before I went with this one. Their willingness to help and work with me has me recommending it to everyone! Chuck Mefford and Tom were great salesmen! See them if you are looking, I promise you won't be disappointed!!

Chuck Mefford was Awesome!!!!!!

I had a excellent experience at CDJR trading my suv. Chuck was very knowledgable and quick to find me what I wanted!! I highly recommend Chuck if anyone is looking to buy or trade your vehicle!! If it's not on their car lot he will find you exactly what you are looking for!!!

Greg Turpen was Awesome!!!!!

We traded with University and Greg last year. This year we traded again. As you expected Greg was excellent. We bought a 2014 Ram 3500 and a Dodge Durango. Greg and the University staff was AWESOME!!!!

Greg Turpen was Great!!!!!!

I went to a local dealership to buy a truck. They said I couldn't afford a truck. They sold me a Dart. I'm 6 foot 4 inch and weight 330 lbs. I didn't like the car, but I felt push to sign. I called Greg at University told him my story. He said no problem, if you want a truck. We will do what we can to get you in a Ram Truck. I'm driving a 2014 Ram 1500 that I loves. I will recommend Greg Turpen to all my friends to buy on their next purchase.

Best car buying experience ever

I just purchased a dodge caravan for my family it was the best experience ever.Our salesman was very knowledgeable and made my whole experience easy you always here bad stories about buying a car and I didn't have that at all there.The salesmanagers were also great I highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in buying a new car.

Greg nice and knowledgable. Do not trust anyone else. Get everything in writing, take your time and read every detail, do not trust anything they say, handshake is a handshake, means nothing to them.

Very rude and pressured sales tactics

Called and inquired about a used vehicle, was asked for my phone # and my price range per monthly payment would be.Received a call to days later wanting me to come to the dealership even after I told them the price would be to much for a deal to be made. After arrival found out that I was given information and price on wason another auto that had been sold a week ago. Didn't find the previous info out until after the test drive, Told the salesperson that I didn't think we could work out a payment but insisted that his manager needed to know my price range before I left.This went back and forth for an hour with the salesman to the manager tactic, at which I should have walked out. The end to this story was when the manager came in and insinuated that I should have known that I couldn't buy their auto for that monthly payment in the first place. Now that's what you call customer service, didn't matter that I tried to get it across to his salesman that there was no chance that we could work a deal.
