Frustrating.
I am quite disappointed with this dealership due to the fact that they will not respond to my phone calls. I have an outgoing call at least once a day during the week for the last two weeks. I have even left a message for the manager and still have not heard back. I have been treated like a sale who no longer matters and I urge you not to make the same mistake.

I was charged $3000.00 over the price anounced
I bought a 2008 Toyota Camry a couple months ago. While I was test driving; sales man Bruce assured me the price of the vehicle was $11,998.00 since I asked twice while in the vehicle. After 4 hours of waiting for the financial department I entered to sign and I was never told they had raised for $3000.00 more from the original price for no reason. I didn't feel comfortable and started calling the finance guy a few days later and once he answered he said that a mistake was made and that it was just a matter of re-printing the lease agreement that I just had to speak to the sales person who helped me. When I called the person I spoke with went over the lease and told me that the principal was $11,998.00 and not $14,998.00 and that it was just hard to understand those leases, to not worry about it that I was financed for the right amount. Once the financial institution contacted me I realized I was lied to by the employees and at that time when I called the location again I was told that the lease was signed and that there was nothing they can do for me. I definitely do not recommend this location to anyone since they can assure you an amount until you can't do anything to retract from the scam and then they tell you it's on you.

Riverview gave me the warm and fuzzies
I initially contacted Bruce via the Internet. I was impressed with his genuine interest in my car buying purchase by asking very specific questions. He is able to negotiate deals in a reasonable way , he understands what you have to work with and he finds a variety of options to choose from. He reviewed all the operational functions with me and answered any other questions I had at the time and sent me off with the warm and fuzzies

Exceponal experience all the way to the end.
It was an exceptional experience all the way to the end, I'm very happy the finance person offered me the extended warranty on the engine with the 39 computers

I had my boyfriend come there to buy his car too!
This is the second car I have purchased from Riverview and I also had my boyfriend come there where he purchased a gently used vegicle just one month prior to my purchase....I hope to not have to buy another vehicle for a while, but if I do I will come to RIVERVIEW for that next vehicle.

Con games!
Other dealers get you in the door with mailers offering $25 gift cards and cheap Chinese tablet computers to come in for a test drive....and actually do give you the promised gift for your time. Not these people, they steal your time then want you to mail in $59 for a tablet you can buy for $45 at Big Lots. Gonna file a complaint with the federal consumers union.

Worth the extra 20 miles
Sam is the reason I will continue to come to this dealer the level of service he provided is worth the extra 20 miles the local toyota dealer. I have a few high line cars lexus, Audi, and a tesla and without a doubt the best advisor I have had the chance to work with. To be honest with the level of professionalism he displayed I am surprised he isn't the manager. Thank you Sam keep up the great work.

Richard Mullens was a huge help in selecting my new car. I enjoyed working with him. He was able to answer mine and my grandparents questions without being rude or pushy. He showed that he really did care about my needs and wants for my new vehicle.

Great Customer Service
Its really simple, but most dealerships don't get it. Provide what the customer wants, be honest throughout your dealings, do what you say you are going to do, and then really believe it! We ended up leasing our 2014 Toyota Prius after going to several other dealerships. We were simply looking for a dealership which was responsive and straight up in their dealings. That is why we ended up leasing our vehicle from this Berge Toyota dealership. The dealership was prepared in advance, and the process was seamless. They took the time to explain the important functions of the vehicle without the impression of getting "pushed" out the door. The vehicle was for our 16 year old daughter, who like us, felt very comfortable and satisfied with the process.An absolutely exceptional experience. They understand customer service!
