From start to finish, Michael was professional, respectful, and genuinely attentive throughout the entire process. What stood out the most was his willingness to go above and beyond to make sure everything was handled properly and that I felt informed and taken care of as a customer. In today’s world, it’s rare to come across someone who takes that much pride in their work and provides that level of customer care.
