Fast Service!

Always get what my jeep needs. Get discounts from the special mailer and promotions. Aren't force to get services that it doesn't need like other dealerships. Reliable, fast and friendly people.

So easy to work with

Yusef was awesome ! Thank for such an easy buying experience. From the beginning to the end we felt like Yusef was listening to our needs and didn't pressure us to make a decision to meeting even though we ended up doing that.

So much for warranty work

On January 13, 2017 while driving down PCH I noticed a loud humming sound coming from underneath my 2013 jeep wrangler. Since Scott Robinson Dodge, Jeep,Chrysler was down the street I slowly made my way to their service dept by 11:06 am. Upon my arrival I was greeted by a service advisor named Jeramie Jones, who took down my pertinent information , the milage of my vehicle which was 58,154 miles with a warranty set to expire in 20 more months or 100,000 miles. Before leaving Mr. Jones assured me that he would contact me by the days end and let me know what possibly could be wrong with my transmission. The end of the day came and went and a phone call was never received. On Saturday , 1/14/2017 at or about 10:00am my wife and I stopped by the dealership to check on the status of my vehicle. At such time, Mr. Jones informed me that they would not be getting to my car until Monday 1/16/2017 because they were just to busy and again assured me that they would get back to me by Monday around 12:00 pm. Monday came and still no phone call, so an email was sent to Jeff Robinson regarding this matter. On 1/16/2017 at around 8:00 pm Mr. Robinson contacted me via email and told me that his service director Jose Murcia would contact me on 1/17/2017 by around 9:00am. The following day I did in fact receive the call as promised and I made the time to meet Mr. Murcia that same day. During our meeting, Mr. Murcia, told me how he got started in the business. His first job was washing cars, then he was the driver for Jerry Buss of the Lakers, but he never mentioned what qualifications he personally had when it came to the mechanical aspects of a vehicle. In addition, Mr. Murcia said that he was brought to Scott Robinson from another dealership so as to change the quality of the service dept. Before leaving, Mr. Murcia stated that a mechanic with 20+ years would be working personally on my car and not to worry. Before leaving , I explained to Mr. Murcia that my jeep has a super chip in it because of the oversize tires and different gear ratio I was running. I informed him that I left him the computer necessary to set the tire size and gear ratio back to normal before they plugged their computer into mine, the failure to do this would ruin the super chip which is exactly what they did, the ruined the super chip. After about 7 days I contacted Mr. Murcia and he informed me that they replaced the TORK CONVERTER on the jeep which is attached to the transmission but that the car was still making a loud noise. I asked him if they actually removed and inspected the inner workings of the transmission and he said yes. Mr. Murcia said he needed more time which I gave him. The dealer also replaced the valve body but the issue still remained. On January 26, 2017 I picked up the car and barely got it to an independent service station called G and J in Lawndale Calif. A technician got into the car while it was lifted on the car hoist and the first thing noticed was that the transmission casing was only being held on by 1 bolt and there was transmission fluid all over the underbelly of the car. The transmission was removed and what was found was that Scott Robinson mechanics replaced the Tork Converter without replacing the transmission starter pump which directly attaches to the Tork Converter . This component had all the gear teeth stripped off of it and were found scattered inside the valve body which Scott Robinson stated they replaced via their service report they provided to me. I spent 4k dollars to have a complete rebuild at G and J. Sometime after 1/26/2017 Mr. Murcia and I spoke and told him what I found. He actually wanted me to bring the car back to them so them so they could repair the car based on another technicians experience. I felt he must be joking considering he had an individual with 20+ years working on my car from the onset. Reimbursement is the only satisfaction, any words of concern from the dealership are words made in jest.

Awesomeness

Super easy no hassle experience. One of the best things about this dealership is it's salespeople are so understanding and down to earth. It was a real pleasure to work with Marcos. He was the ideal representative for my situation. The place was so new and clean and well laid out with plenty of inventory. Exactly what I was looking forward to experiencing.

New Pacifica

Had a great experience with Luis Gonzales who got me a great deal on a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica - they have the best in-stock selection and were very easy to work with. Luis gets 5 stars!
