I previously wrote a review on Yelp which the GM replied to in a dismissive manner blaming everyone but themself for the issue. I will not waste my time replying again as it clearly will be ignored.

My vehicle was at the dealer for a week and nothing was

My vehicle was at the dealer for a week and nothing was fixed because they were unable to duplicate the issue, yet when I drove it home it happened. I tried calling for two days to get an update on my vehicle since I was told my car would only be there for 1 day and my service advisor never answered my calls nor returned my messages.

They made up an entire story about how I drive my car and

They made up an entire story about how I drive my car and that's why my warranty was going to get voided!!! But that's after the fact of them finding out that my car need a new differential under my warranty!?!?! That's crazy!!! I might end up filling a law suit!!

Our experience with Edgar was terrible.

Our experience with Edgar was terrible. We have delt with him twice and its been awful each time. His communication skills are horrible. Cant get in touch with him. He will not call back. No updates or timeline. When we did get updates our vehicle which had a scheduled appointment and had been there several days had not even been looked at for the main issue it was brought in for. The whole experience was terrible. The problem it needed fixed required the door to be adjusted and its still not functioning properly but I almost cant imagine bringing it back.
