Subaru of Englewood

This issue is with the Online ordering system! Not service. I ordered an online part from them. took my money and nothing! the site gave a link to track which doesn't work to check on the order . So 10 days later I called & was told the item is on back order. I asked when were you going to tell me this?Then told they dont know! So the only way to track the order was to call the store. No good customer service! Then after I complained they cancelled the order. Basically wasted 2 weeks of my time.

This was the worst car buying experience of my 67 years of life. They lied. They cheated. They would not get my $40,000 car inspected for me. Do not buy a car from these people.

Hunter was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and patient. We had a good experience at this dealership.

I am in love with my new Subaru Crosstrek. I love this excellent Sun Blaze Pearl color. I went in for the red color, but after seeing this! I loved it. Juan C. was acknowledgeable and didn't pressure me into any decisions. He professionally helped me. I recommend this Dealership to anyone. I went there because my daughter had bought a car before, and my son has a Subaru too; he always told me, "Get a Subaru, they are great." I am excited and pleased with my purchase. My experience today was excellent . The guy who accepted my car was very professional and courteous. The lady at the desk who entered the details into the computer was very informative and helpful. Hector explained what type of service I received and answered my questions. He accompanied me to area where I retrieve my car . He was very professional . Overall a great experience .
