Used car service.

Brought in my 2014 Denali Yukon to trade for a new body style gmc. Found what I was looking for and they fixed all the issues I had with the vehicle. There was just one thing there were a lot of little things. Taillight, sunroof, headliner, interior carpet and a few other things. They were all addressed without any questions. They had the car more than a few days for the fixes and loaned me a car for the wife and kids while it was there. Very happy with salesmanship and service. Top notch! Will purchase again when I’m ready for a new truck.

Customer service & car service

Bad customer service , and bad car service too,I left my car 3 days for regular service,my car has warranty and no need pay for service, but later they ask for 260 $ later,180 and finally 130 , I was angry and they no return my money yet,they returned my car dirty,and low fuel level, I am disappointed

Paul is an excellent service writer. Schedules the appt. has a vehicle ready as a loaner. Communicates on the on going Service. Vehicle is ready when committed.

Fixing my car

It was very good. I left the car with the service advisor, told him what needed to be done and he called me when it was finished. I picked up the car.

2016 Lincoln MKS at Covert Ford Lincoln

I took the car in for a 15000 mile checkup. Tires were rotated and swapped front to back. And, a total checkup plus oil was changed. We had a slight misunderstanding about whether the type of oil was to be totally synthetic or part synthetic. But, it was resolved to much better than my expectation and I came away more than totally satisfied. I will continue to have my service done at Covert Ford Lincoln in North Austin.
