Stay away from this dealership!! Made a deal on a preowned Mustang and was promised by multiple employees there, the car was was mine. Obtained finance and insurance. The day before pickup, I was notified by the GM Tavon that he’s sorry but they just sold the car to someone else. He was heavily involved in my deal as well as Brittany, Bill Hicks and Neil!! (Another manager) Thic is a classic (you got outbid) move and horrible to do to a customer. They offered no compensation at all. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY!!!! I CANNOT STRESS IT ENOUGH!!!

My father recently purchased a used truck from this place. Within 100 miles and just about 1 week of driving, the check engine light comes on. The fuel gauge goes to empty. My dad calls them and they tell him, Sorry, As-Is. I called them and stated I will leave factual reviews of his experience. They called him a few moments later and tried to sell him a $3000, 1 year warranty. This place will not provide GOOD FAITH SUPPORT to a nearly 80 year old man who spent thousands of dollars only to have issues so soon! Take your money elsewhere!

I recently attempted to purchase a vehicle at Bob Davidson Ford and experienced the most unprofessional sales management I have encountered in years. After acting in good faith and explicitly offering to place a money-down hold to secure the vehicle, my offer was ignored. While I was performing due diligence by questioning several invalid and undisclosed charges on the purchase agreement, Sales Manager Neil Gillies allowed a dual-track negotiation to occur behind my back. Instead of acting with transparency, he sold the vehicle to another party while I was still in active negotiations. It is clear that this dealership would rather pivot to an "easier" buyer than justify their fees or honor a serious customer’s commitment. This "race-to-the-bottom" business model is deceptive and a complete waste of consumer time. If you value transparency and integrity, look elsewhere. Management here prioritizes the quick path over fair dealing.

I purchased a used 2017 Subaru Forester from Bob Davidson in October 2024. I was recently widowed and had been in two accidents earlier in 2024 that left me carless for a few months. I came to Bob Davidson looking for a backup car (so I didn't wind up without a car to drive again) and to use for my side job delivering. I actually didn't wind up using the car for delivery and am quite glad I didn't, I'm just blessed I didn't get hurt thus far. I thought buying from a dealership would mean that they stood behind their vehicles. Sadly they sold me a car that needed tires and rear brakes. The CARFAX report that they gave me (also available online) said that the car had the tires replaced and had passed safety inspections. I bought the car, along with what I thought was a comprehensive warranty, maintenance, tire care and cosmetic damage care. They also did not disclose an issue with the battery draining, caused by the STARLINK system which was out of date. I took the car to a Subaru dealer, who I thought was scamming me by saying the tires and brakes were bad after only 2K miles driven. Turns out that the scamming was done by Bob Davidson. The tires are horribly worn; there is no way that I could have worn them down as much as they are -- it is consistent with about 40K of wear which would be consistent with the last time the tires were replaced. The back brakes are very low and have HEAVY RUST (this was reported by their own service department). The STARLINK issue will probably cost 1300 to replace, tires and brakes about another 2 - 3K. The AC broke too and the suspension is almost shot. Nothing is covered despite almost 10K worth of useless warranties. The cosmetic coverage is useless too, because I've found several spots on the car with issues. I'm putting my truth out here so that others are not taken advantage of. DO NOT TRUST BOB DAVIDSON FORD LINCOLN. They are predatory and they do not stand behind their vehicles. I brought the car back to them in the hopes that they would stand behind their product. I got a run around in return. I dared say that perhaps I should get a lawyer and after that they refused to talk to me. Their customer support is non-existent. I'm out $25K plus on a car I don't trust to drive now. Don't be stupid like me. Stay away from Bob Davidson. I have documentation to support all of this.

Hello Cynthia, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We truly value your feedback and are sorry to hear about the concerns you've encountered. To clarify our records, the vehicle was purchased on October 5, 2024, in as-is condition and came with a 30-day/1,000-mile limited powertrain warranty. We did not receive any communication regarding issues until July 25, 2025. The items you mentioned—tires, rear brakes, STARLINK system, A/C, suspension, and cosmetic issues—are not covered under the limited powertrain warranty. At the time of sale, we did offer several extended service plans for broader coverage. The option selected at purchase was the powertrain-only plan, as documented in the signed agreement, which unfortunately does not include the components referenced. We understand that car ownership can sometimes come with unexpected challenges, and we’re always here to help clarify coverage or explore solutions where possible. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any further questions or need assistance going forward.
Horrible experience - gave me pricing breakdown for my Z Plan on a 2025 Navigator…then called me to say they were not willing to honor the Z plan price on this specific vehicle that was in-stock and on-lot. I definitely would not recommend this dealership.

Well the car was okay but inside 40 days the the transmission starts banging in low gear then the car over heats and the alarm going off all night to top that off get to dealer and can't get a loaner After buying a super expensive warranty because out of the whole dealership only one person can sign and he's not in right now so its uber home NO car and can't go to work when i should've been covered.

Deceptive practices here. The vehicle was listed on cars.com for $52,650. When I contacted the dealer they told me the price was over $54,000 and that it was an error. when I asked about a military discount I was told It was unavailable to veterans. After realizing that he was wrong, the salesman told me I needed to get it from Ford myself. When I asked about a discount through the company I work for, they said no incentives were available.

Bob Davidson Ford is highly recommended. My husband and I visited the dealership over the weekend while searching for a new vehicle, and we were impressed by the friendly staff. They took the time to answer all our questions and concerns without making us feel rushed. We plan to return this week to take a closer look at a model we're interested in, and hopefully, drive it home with us. If you're looking for a stress-free car dealership experience, give them a try.
