I know this is hard to believe but my experience purchasing a new 26 BZ from Bill Page Toyota was a great experience. Can’t say that’s true about any other cars I purchased over the years. I thought the deal was fair and the trade in value was exactly what I expected. The entire sales team was a pleasure to work with. Especially my sales guy Sultan, he made the process very smooth from start to finish. Also thank you Dawit Alemayehu (finance) he’s great to work with too.

Exceptional at Selling, Abysmal at Servicing – Avoid This Service Center I purchased a brand-new RAV4 from Bill Page Toyota just one month ago. Almost immediately, the vehicle began making a concerning noise from the brakes. Despite the car being brand new and under warranty, the service experience has been a total nightmare. I booked two separate appointments, explicitly stating the reason for the visit both times. Both appointments were confirmed. However, upon arrival, I was met with complete incompetence and rude behavior: The "Runaround": I was shuffled from one counter to another with no one taking responsibility. Capacity Excuses: I was told they "didn't have a mechanic" for this specific work that day, yet I observed numerous mechanics working and a steady stream of other vehicles being taken in for service. If you don't have the capacity, why confirm the appointment? The Ultimate Insult: After wasting my time, the staff told me to "go to another dealer" for service. Why wasn’t I told during the sales process that Bill Page Toyota is unable or unwilling to service the cars they sell? It is highly suspicious that as soon as a repair falls under warranty—meaning the dealership can’t charge me a high retail rate—they suddenly lack the "mechanics" to fix it. It is incredibly unprofessional to dismiss a new customer and tell them to seek help elsewhere. If you value your time and expect basic respect after spending tens of thousands of dollars, take your business to a dealership that actually values its customers beyond the initial sale.

Last weekend, I went to Bill Page Toyota to buy a 2026 Rav 4. From the beginning to the end, Kawg Kim was the most amazing salesperson. It was the most satisfying experience. Thanks to Kwang Kim and Marcello Muttoni. I strongly recommend Bill Page Toyota.

Excellent customer service, attentive, helpful, and they all went above and beyond! Matt R. got the process started and set up an appt. promptly. He also spent a decent amount of time dealing with car-phone set-up issues, but got them sorted! If you have any technical car queries, he's the tech wizard of the group! ^.^ Nadeem J. took care of the car schematics, test drive, and getting all the details sorted out before the big finish. He's easy to talk to, explained all the pros and cons, and was super patient! All in all, totally bombaat!! Last but not least, Marcello M. took care of the last mile, ran through the necessary information in a timely manner, and made the final checks as smooth as possible. Also, he's got an awesome card collection to help pass the time instead of staring at the wall while all the paperwork is sorted. Can't thank them all enough!! Highly highly recommend!!

My personal experience was a total nightmare. I came in with a preapproval for a specific car. The Mgr spoke with me and never even acknowledge my preapproval. He tells me to feel out another application he can get me a better rate. Then came back and said that my credit score was in the low 500's and that he could do 16% rate. My credit score is not in the 500's first of all. It didnt matter anyway cause I already had an approval. Honestly he did not want to sale me a luxury car. I knew everything he said was xx. I was just ready to leave cause I wasn't that impressed with the vehicle anyway. So I am glad things turned out the way they did. Its just the fact that he totally was disregarding and every thing I was saying like I didnt know what I was talking about. Don't know what his deal was, I could guess but there is no need. Not worth the time in saying. Just remember to go off of your first instinct when dealing with people. I had a bad vibe immediatley when I got there.

A "tire" appeared on my dashboard (something I had never seen before), so I took my car in to have it looked at. It turned out to be low pressure, possibly caused by sudden change to very cold weather. While there, I was advised that I was behind on regular checkups. I had had delicate eye surgery months before and was not allowed to drive for several months.. A wonderful lady named Tatiana Arroliga processed me in and arranged to bring my service up to date. She was very knowledgeable and explained everything, all with a friendly smile. In just an hour I was ready to go and she gave me my paperwork, again with that nice, friendly smile. She definitely is an asset to Bill Page Toyota!
