Loved my experience at ABS! From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and enjoyable. The sales team has been the best I’ve ever encountered, and the financing process was also a breeze. Sam was able to find me a great rate and walked me through all of the paperwork with ease. Once I had purchased my vehicle, they continued to provide top-notch service and went above and beyond to make sure that my new car was ready for me to take home! I couldn’t be happier with my experience and I’ll definitely be a repeat customer in the future!

I am absolutely thrilled with my recent vehicle purchase from ABS! The entire experience, from browsing the inventory to signing the paperwork, was nothing short of fantastic. First and foremost, the selection of vehicles was impressive, Mason was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in helping me find the perfect car for my needs! They were all patient, attentive, and never once pressured me into making a decision. They have cars listed on cars.com and other websites, but when you actually visit the dealership they tell you that car was sold and it was cheap because something was wrong with the car and blah blah blah . Tipical bait and switch .

They keep a vehicle add FOR SERVERAL DAYS with low price and when you call they say the vehicle is sold "always yesterday" and offer a lower trim, with more miles and less optional instead. Bait and switch I don't know about all cars on the add but several cars on the add is not there for sale...

I doubt if anyone will actually read this, but ABS still has a car listed on Cars.com that was "sold" according to the agent who emailed me a couple of weeks ago. The listing shows an odometer reading of 28,787 miles. The CARFAX report shows 74,092. Sold? Then why maintain the listing? Oh, so they can try to switch me to another car. FYI, I reported this to cars.com on 3 email addresses and heard nothing.

Fake Price to get you to dealership for cars they dont even sell. SCAM PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS AND DONT GO HERE FOR ANY REASON

Very pleased with this dealership! If you need a car you’re at the right adress. My car broke down and I needed a new one quickly. We looked online saw one I liked called and talked to Royce he was very helpful and told us to come in! Very nice atmosphere and clean office space. Royce helped us with test driving the car and discussing everything and we needed financing so we talked to Sam. Very nice guy! Everything went smoothly. They didn’t try to rush us into buying a car like other dealerships do, Sam was honest and helpful! We ended up buying the car and I definitely recommend going there if you need a fair priced car and a good experience.

Overall, had an excellent experience with this dealership Auto Buying Service. The purchase part of the deal (As Is) was quick and effortless, but my issue started when the RAM Promaster Van, did not pass the Maryland inspection.. The estimated provided to perform the repairs was quite expensive and I immediately reached out to ABS and I was referred to Will the Service department Manager. All, I can say is that Will is phenomenal. All of my interactions with him we’re courteous and respectful. He assured me that he would be able to get all of the repairs done for about a third of the estimate provided. The parts were ordered and once everything came in we brought the van back in for the work to be performed. All of the repairs were made as well as some additional things that would put the van on a solid foundation in good working order. The van passed inspection and the tags are being issued. I can’t say enough about what a great representative “Will” is for the dealership. He was outstanding and I really appreciate everything he did to get all of those repairs completed. They kept calling their previous customers for their negative reviews and harassing them. Me and my wife got their calls more than 100 times a day already. These criminals are not aware of the word "sue" or "court". These are fit to the word "Harami" nation.
