Terrible!!!!!! This dealership definitely uses bait and switch. I inquired about an LX 570 on the website 09/26/23. Told not available, they have a deposit on it. I then inquired about a 2nd LX 570 on the website and was told also not available, they have a deposit. Each time they tried to interest me in another car. They leave attractive vehicles advertised on the site that are not available. Misleading, dishonest. Take your business elsewhere.

Terrible experience. Offered 7k for a trade that has an MMR of 23k. That is just bad business. Appreciate the offer though!

Bait and switch. DO NOT TRUST THE AD OR THIS VENDOR. Ask for a custom picture of the car that requires them to prove it's still there and a formal offer to sell it at the price listed in the ad.

Bait and switch, just like all the other reviews Looked at a G wagon on line and drove to see it . They said it sold and apologized for not taking it off line. They then offered to purchase another for me at auction sight unseen. Such a waste of time. I’m never going back

BAIT AND SWITCH SCAMMMMERSSS!! STAY AWAY 100% worst place I have ever been. I called for 2 cars. They confirmed they have 2 cars. Setup an appointment and was about 5 minutes away and got a unknown number call. Arrived and saw a completely destroyed frame damaged mismatched bumpers, fenders destroyed car sitting out front. Immediately knew all the other reviews were true about the bait and switching of falsely advertised cars with great prices. Do not waste your time. I did. Place is trash, sales guys are liars! The pictures are below. 2 are the red and blue that they never had to begin with. Baited and switched the cars. Claimed the cars are damaged and undriveable and at a different location even tho it was confirmed minutes before. I have all the pictures, messages, photos of the cars. And even more. These cars are listed as personal cars on marketplace, autotrader other sites. Massive fraud! STAY AWAY!

I should have trusted the reviews that say this dealership does bait and switch. It happened to me as well. Right now they have a post of black Tesla 2020 long range for $29700, and the average price of the same trim with the same mileage is like $32000. All they told me was that the car was sold, and gave me a list of 8 Teslas which are overpriced. So I showed them a competing deal from another dealer before I visited, but they ripped off the dealer saying "Teslas at that price are definitely flawed", which was not true. So I asked "then was your car flawed?" and they told me yes. So even if you actually buy a car from this dealership for the cheap price, it is a car that should not be sold to anyone.
