Great service, overall great expierence

I enjoyed the laid back, yet responsive service. From the salesman to the auto technician. Everyone was very friendly and overall the best expierence buying a vehicle. Definetly a model to follow.

Good people make car service pleasurable

I liked dealing with Mary and Chris. I liked the clean floor mats that I did not expect to be cleaned. I liked the choice of coffees. I liked the car being washed. I liked the time spent at your shop being exactly what I was told it was going to take.

Excellent service

Service Manager Mary McHugh was wonderful, as usual! She took the time to talk with me on the phone, and she saved me from needing a tow truck. Your service department always takes excellent care of me.

Oil change and inspection

All arrangements made were handled on time and efficiently even though an emergency came up on my end. My home was contacted and my car was picked up and delivered back on time as prearranged. Thank You

Excellent repair service

Willing to work with customer to reduce cost of repairs. Mary, service manager, always has the customers best interest at the front. Repair technicians always willing to explain situations and options for best repair options.

First Class Service

Mary the service manager was great....I had my dog with me to get a new key fob and thought it would be an in and out thing and Mary told me to pull my car up. I told her that I had my dog with me and would just come back. She said that was not necessary. She allowed me to bring my boxer into the waiting area and wait for my fob to be programmed and my key blade to be ordered. The other sales associates came over to see my dog and fuss over her. My car was washed and detailed on the inside. I wasnt expecting that. Especially with traveling around with a dog. It was a surprise. Everyone was so nice. This was my first time bringing the car in to the dealer. My husband usually would take care of these matters.

Great dealership with friendly personnel.

Prompt and courteous service buy everyone involved. I particularly appreciate the work that Ben Hackney does when he services my Lotus Elise, Jim Clark edition.
