Very helpful all around dealership from start to finish. I had a great experience my sales agent Tierra was awesome. I can’t also forget about my finance manager very down to earth and extremely helpful. Definitely recommend people stopping by and checking this dealership out.

Have had several unfortunate encounters with the service department over the years with two RAM pickups. No longer take my vehicle to this dealership for service. I visited a couple of days ago for a new key fob battery and mentioned to a pleasant service advisor that my RAM was completely inaccessible. He commented that if the key continued not to work, I'd need to flatbed the truck the dealership where there would be a $200+ service fee to ascertain the problem, which he suspected had something to do with the electronics that recognizes signals. Instead, I called a dealer with a mobile service who came out and replaced the truck battery. Truck fired right up and cost was little more than Gwinnett's "service fee." Not sure whether the advisor was deliberately misleading, but I'll continue to avoid the Gwinnett dealership despite its convenient location.

These are the most unethical used car salesmen I have ever encountered. They fraudulently took advantage of my adult daughter who is mentally ill and who was going through a psychotic episode at the time. They took a $2,300 debit card deposit from her over the phone on a car whose CARFAX stated that it was a "total loss." I made both the salesman and the sales manager aware of her condition and they still took her money and completed the deal. Shame on them. And shame on Chrysler for employing such people.
