Hi Richard, we set high expectations for ourselves so it’s gratifying to hear you had a great experience with us. Feel free to stop by if you ever need any more help.
This isn't a network of auto dealership; it's a network of fruit stands. They don't sell good quality used vehicles; THEY SELL LEMONS!!! I paid, in full, for a 2017 BMW X3, with an M3 package back in December of 2025. Used, as-is, and was willing to take the risk because of the low mileage and good Carfax report. It?s been sitting in my garage for the last six weeks and I have no idea when I?ll get to drive it again. When I went to look at the vehicle, it was dirty inside. I was told by the sales man that they had not done their pre-sale check (do fluid change and a general check to determine if it was worth listing or send it to auction). I was slightly concerned because this particular vehicle was listed in Autotrader, weeks before I went to look at it; however, when I examined and test drove it, all features worked and it handled like you would expect of BMW. When I went to pay for it, I was told that they would keep it and perform their inspection and cleaning before they handed it off to me. I thought was a good idea and left it with them. I told them that I wanted them to ship it to me because I lived a couple of hours away from the dealership and didn?t want the hassle of dealing with the drive to get it. I paid an extra $400 dollars for the service. It was about three weeks later that they got my car back from the BWM dealership they sent it to, to have a display screen fix, for a defect I didn?t notice. I was told that it would be another week before they could arrange shipping, so I told them that I would come and pick it up myself (I have my own truck and trailer) and to refund my shipping fee (I have the IOU). When I got in the vehicle, the navigation system was screwed and was missing a sensor in the left rear bumper. Still, I took possession of it because I bought it, AS-IS. I drove it for about four weeks before one issue after another started occurring and now it sits in my garage. Another project I don?t need! I?m sure by now your thinking, ?he want?s his money back and thinks this bad review it going to do it?, well you?d be right, but not for the vehicle, because I took the risk and bought it, AS-IS. What monies I do want back is the $400 shipping costs I?m owed because I transported my own vehicle! After several months of waiting, I have yet to receive a check for my shipping costs. I?ve been in email contact with the salesman and he has told me that they were going to send me another check. That was several weeks ago and I haven?t seen it. You?re only as good as your word and Autonation?s dealer network has proven their worth. To summarize, my experience has been poor, to say the least! Do I expect Autonation to do anything meaningful about this? The reality is, no, I don?t. In future, I would rather buy a lemon from an individual. At least I know I?m getting problems. A dealership is supposed to be a little more careful about what they put out. They are supposed to check these things out before they list them for sale. As far as my opinion of Autonation and their network of used car dealerships? They are a network of fruit stands. They don't sell good quality used vehicles; THEY SELL LEMONS!!!

Hi John, we regret to hear that you are displeased with your recent experience with us. We strive to maintain excellent business relations at our dealership. Dropped off my F150 for an oil change, wheel alignment and recall at 10:25. I told them I would return by 1PM. I was assured that was more than enough time to complete all tasks. I returned at 12:50 and was told they were completing the alignment and would be done shortly. I looked for my service advisor around 1:30 but did not see him anywhere. Around 2:10 another advisor brought my keys to me. Almost 1-1/2 hrs after being told my truck was almost ready. The people were very nice but no one offered apology or explanation for taking so long. I had also asked about Ford Pass rewards points but was told they would provide a number to call. I did not receive the number and did not see any reference to Ford Pass rewards pts on the paperwork that I received.

They have poor customer service. They do not follow through with calls or emails and most employees are rude and discourteous.
