Out of State Purchase
Paperwork is taking awhile and required a lot of followup, but everything else has been very well executed. Car was almost perfect, aside from the mediocre cleaning job, one tiny paint chip, and a high sticker price.

New truck purchase.
Had an overall good experience. Steve did a great job taking care of what he could control. Spent alot of time waiting on getting to the trucks I wanted to see. Waited around on finance for a process that took 15 minutes.

Shopping for a used car on icy day!
I decided to shop for a used truck while burrowed in during the power outage. I left a message and on the second day where many businesses were still closed I received a return call. My wife and I made an appointment for the next day and drove into the dealership covered in ice and met our salesperson. Doni was very friendly and did a fantastic job having the prospect vehicle ready for purchase. The road conditions were fantastic for the 4wd feature and Doni was a trooper in the back seat as we navigated the snow covered roads. The deal was closed within 30 minutes after returning and finance with Garry in finance was a breeze! This transaction was a bright spot in a stretch of days without power, water, and uncertainty. Thanks to the team at Grapevine Ford.....this is one for the books

It was the best vehicle buying experience we’ve ever...
It was the best vehicle buying experience we’ve ever had! Marcus answered all our questions and got us the out the door price/ information that we were looking for. No other dealers did that. The great experience didn’t end there, finance manager, Garry Johnson was equally great to work with. We felt no pressure at anytime which is why we will be back. We were told by friends of the great experience they had at Grapevine Ford and we were not disappointed!

Young sales people some unprofessional especially on the...
Young sales people some unprofessional especially on the internet side. They seemed snooty and dismissed my offer and I ended up buying for the same price I originally offered. Juan saved the day. Was passed around from person to person. Was ready to walk. I didn’t need the vehicle, I wanted it. I could have gone any other way. Wasn’t told I could have waived the anti theft service would have saved me another $500.

Great service with good people
Straight forward process to buy a used 2019 mustang. Searched for inventory online, saw a car I liked and applied for pre approval financing on the website. Was quickly contacted by Doni and setup an appointment for the following day. Was out the door with a car in a few hours. Every dealer employee I interacted with was professional and friendly. Both Doni from sales and Garry from finance were a pleasure to interact with. I would recommend buying a car from grapevine Ford Lincoln.

STAY ON TOP OF YOUR GAME WHEN DEALING WITH THESE G
Poor customer service. Once you purchase a vehicle you are on your own. They failed to return a rental truck after reassuring me they would handle it and that they return vehicles all the time. The Toyota dealership right next door has an Enterprise it was just closed when we were there. It sat in their parking lot for two weeks and cost me $1800.00. It's been five months and still unresolved. It went to collection's and I can no longer rent from Enterprise due to this when I have not had one late payment in 25 years. They Sold me a CPO 2019 Lincoln Navigator for $85,000 with a cracked windshield and bad tires which I noticed the next day when I got it home. Also I had to have the instrument panel replaced within a month of purchase.. That shows it obviously did not go through the 200 point inspection. The salesman would not return my calls and when I finally spoke with him he was rude and I was told there was nothing they could do about it. Then I spoke to the service dept, not counting numerous emails and messages and still have gotten no reply... There is supposedly someone always handling it but it never gets done.. STAY ON TOP OF YOUR GAME WHEN DOING BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS BECAUSE ONCE THE SALE IS FINAL SO IS THE CUSTOMER!!!!
