I loved the people there.
I loved the people there. Did the impossible to make things work. All the people were nice and attentive. I will for sure recommend and will buy again from this dealership. Our sales person called the next day to check up on us to see if we made it home since I drove 7 hours. He also asked if we had any issues with the vehicle. Very satisfied.

Went into the dealership as our Ford Expedition lease was
Went into the dealership as our Ford Expedition lease was ending, this would have been our 35d lease/purchase. We gave the specific parameters were looking for in the vehicle and they located one, we agreed upon a price, payment, and the features in the vehicle. We were there with our 8 month old and were ready to sign the deal. When we went into sign we were advised the terms had changed without us knowing, this was deliberate SALES DECEPTION, of course the financing guy could not be found or contacted, as we approached being there for 5 hours, they started throwing new numbers out and trying to confuse us. They tried to take advantage of us and especially because we had a crying baby with us.

I will NEVER purchase from grapevine ford.
I will NEVER purchase from grapevine ford. After two weeks of waiting for someone to return my call about a few vehicles I was interested in I gave up. Not to mention I got the entire run around for those two weeks. I have purchased MANY fords. And this by far is the WORST dealership in the state of Texas.
