Bought a new ram 2500 hd in 2022. The truck has been in for service multiple times with lengthy time frames and the service department team and mechanical team have been unresponsive to concerns to my vehicle. Call back from service advisors are made with no solutions or diagnosis and the problem still consists. Three attempts to reach a manager by phone led to me having to physically go to dealership and seek manager who did not have any customer service skills and customer saftey care in his mind. I just got diversion after lie and called a liar and was told I could not get any paperwork on service done or service requested done to fix properly. Unprofessional. No loaner car offer at all during all service appointments

had a problem with traction control, Rob had the techs look at it and the codes came up with a failure, they provided an uber home and ordered the parts worked on the problem which was under extended warrantee, smartest thing I've done in a while. Rob called when we got the part and when the job was completed.

I wanted to point out that my sales representative, Steven Pollina was the best salesperson I have ever delt with when buying a vehicle and I have purchased many in my life from many dealers across the country. Steven was up front, honest and helpful from the first phone call to the point I finalized the purchase of my used 2021 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. I wish that all the sales personnel I have delt with in my life were as nice and hard working as Steven was for me. He is the total opposite of what anyone might imagine a used car salesman is like. I live three states away and was not able to get up there to see the Jeep in person. I asked about the overall condition of the interior and most important, being in the salt belt during winter, how the undercarriage of this Jeep was. He Facetimed me and walked around the Jeep and went through the interior and most of all he actually crawled under the Jeep, outside on a freezing cold day, while Facetiming me and showed the whole underneath to put my mind at ease. Unheard of, he is amazing!! I can't think of any sale rep I've delt with in the past that would have gone above and beyond like Steven did. I am out of state, and he kept in touch with me on a regular basis keeping me in the loop and finalizing all the documents until I could make it up there to finish the deal. He has a great personality, and I highly recommend that anyone going to Empire Chrysler Jeep Ram of West Islip, NY, request Steven Pollina as the salesperson to represent them for their next vehicle purchase. From start to finish he was excellent!!!!!!!!! Five stars to Steven!!!

Everything was good. Communication was clear. Service took care of my needs and made sure i was comfortable wjile q waited. Even offered to uber me to wherever i needed to be if service were to take longer the expected.
