Great Experience - Paul Londonberg & Jim Polukis

Just purchased my third Lexus from Sewell. Had been looking to replace my totaled ?92 SC300 for over a year to no avail. Finally found a pre-owned immaculate `99 SC300 on cars.com with only 13,300 miles listed by Sewell. Called Sewell to inquire about purchasing and spoke with Paul Londonberg. I had dealt with him before and was more than pleased with his service he provided on my previous purchase. From the first online inquiry the buying experience was flawless. Paul and I negotiated on a price and he went above and beyond in every aspect of the purchase process. Unfortunately, Paul retired before delivery and asked Jim Polukis to assist with the preparation of the car and the delivery process. Jim was excellent/very responsive and made sure I would be satisfied with the finished product. As a result, working with Paul Londonberg and Jim Polukis surpassed all of my expectations. I highly recommend Sewell to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

Luxury Service for Luxury Cars

Recently bought a new ES-300H for my wife that was loaded (UL/ML+). Our local dealer in Austin was out of stock on what we wanted. After searching most dealers in the state (TX), we began dealing with Dawn Betrus and our shopping was largely over as quickly as it began because her pricing just set the pace. Everyone was chasing her after the first 3 days as her prices simply set the standard. We had dealers that would match their prices, but Dawn made sure our car was just as we wanted with additional equipment like the 18" wheels/Michelin Primacy tires and body-side molding, and tinted windows. These weren't things other dealers were willing to do without considerable increases in overall price. Sewell didn't compromise $ for great service. They made sure we received exactly as we envisioned and stayed within our budget without questions or sales pitches. Dawn picked us up from the airport (their beautiful dealership is located within a few miles from Love Field in Dallas) and had the car absolutely perfect for pickup per our agreement. Dawn had most paperwork completed beforehand and with great assistance from Irene Chou, we finished signing paperwork within 20 minutes of arriving. After going over all the car's functions and making sure all of our questions were answered, we were on the road within an hour. Sewell knows what they are doing and their service is tops. We never felt pressured and never felt uncomfortable. The entire experience was actually enjoyable. We are a fairly conservative couple buying our first luxury car so that was important. Sewell didn't disappoint. We couldn't be more pleased with Sewell and Dawn for our experience. We'll be buying from them again.

I can't find the part in my local dealership, so i try to call this dealership. The guy Arin (Parts Department) was very helpful on the phone. He is way much nicer than my local lexus dealership. I will start to order from them. Thanks for your help.

Buy a car from Linda Arnold!

Linda Arnold helped me find my current pre-owned Lexus ES350, and I couldn't be more pleased. When my last Lexus was totaled from a rear-end collison right before Christmas in 2011, I immediately called Linda and asked her for help ASAP. Linda was very empathetic and listened to my trauma before she even discussed the particulars of a new car. She was very professional in asking me about my car preferences, budget requirements and timeframe. I really only had a week to find a new car before I had to leave town to visit my family for Christmas. Talk about extra stress! She showed me a few selections online, and then took me on a test drive of a few cars to help me decide on a model. Then when the perfect car for me became available, she gave me a call. Because I trusted her, I agreed sight unseen to purchase it. I got on a plane for Boston without a worry because I knew when I got back in town, my Lexus would be waiting for me! She found me the best car at the best price in less than a week. She is more than a sales professional; she is my friend. She can be yours, too.

Great Experience - Graham Gage

My used LS I bought from Sewell Lexus drives like a brand new car. If I have a bad day, I just go for a drive and get happy because it is like driving a dream. Coordinating flying down to look at a used car was a GREAT experience, thanks to Graham Gage, who picked me up at the airport and had the car beautifully detailed and ready for me when we arrived. He gave me all the time I needed to decide since I had only seen pictures and he answered all my questions and was very responsive to my needs. This is my 3rd used Lexus purchased from Sewell. I am a satisfied customer.

Very professional sales lady

I had dealt with Dawn Betrus before and I contacted her and scheduled a visit. The car was for my wife and we did a test drive and had the deal completed to my satisfaction in less than than an hour. We got the car the next business day and it was better equipped than the new car I had paid for. Needless to say she exceeded my expectations!

I just bought a new car from Sewell. I live in Houston, so I was communicating with the salesperson (Christine Weesner) through the email. She did her best to reply to my emails as soon as possible and she provided the information that I asked for. After we had a deal on the car, she suggested that I fly to Dallas to Love Field airport cause it's next to Sewell. Well, I did that and she picked me up from the airport and took me to the the bank before we head to Sewell. I was treated well. These people know how to do business, and I wish every dealership is like them. There were no surprises, everything was clear.

Best car buying experience EVER!!!

I must share how wonderful my car purchase experience was at Sewell and working with Linda Arnold surpassed all my expectations. I relayed what type of car I was looking for, pre-owned Honda, the amount of monthly car payment in my budget and also was concerned about my trade in. What I received from Linda and Sewell was MOST EXCELLENT!!! They went out of their way to find me exactly what I needed -- in fact calling me over the Thanksgiving weekend to say they found my car at first I kinda doubted it... But after arriving at the dealership and on first glance at the 2011 Honda I knew that really was my car!!! Every single detail was handled professionally and was above and beyond what I had expected. I've recommended them to all my co-workers, friends and family. Thanks so much for changing the way I think about a car buying experience---it was a wonderful and easy experience.

Amazing experience

My first time to purchase a pre-owned car and must say one of the easiest and most excellent processes ever!! I will recommend and refer anyone looking. Plus lov the free car washes too!!

Wonderful experience!

I just bought my second car from Sewell. I generally don't like dealing with car dealerships, but Sewell and the great salespeople and finance personnel changed my mind. Five stars.to my salesperson, Austin Smith!
