Allen Johnson at Sheehy got us a great deal on our

Allen Johnson at Sheehy got us a great deal on our Bronco. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and very flexible with his schedule. The only gripe we had is that our windshield got a crack within the first week, which apparently is somewhat common with Broncos. We had seen where other dealerships had repaired the windshield in these circumstances, but Sheehy was not interested. Initially they offered to help get us a windshield replacement price at their negotiated cost, but then they never provided that offer. Love the car!

Transaction went very smoothly, from when I inquired

Transaction went very smoothly, from when I inquired online up to the final buying process. Chris Anderson was so quick and accommodating with my questions through email and in person. He introduced us to Mikey (Allen Johnson) who did an excellent job throughout the entire transaction. He made sure that all our requests for discounts and add-ons were granted to our satisfaction. And of course, Tony, the finance man, was very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. I commend all the staffs for their amazingly excellent customer service. They made my first buying experience with Sheehy very memorable. Thank you so much!

The whole sales process went rather well.

The whole sales process went rather well. These event for me are always approached with a lot of anxiety. Getting a good price for the purchase and the trade is hard work. In advance I contacted the dealership and explained what I was looking for. He responded in short fashion with a few options to consider. I choose the one that fit my needs. I went off and got a few estimates on my trade in value. We met the following day and in 20 minutes I had what I wanted. They made some money I got a good number for my trade. All that was left was a good rate from a lender. The finance person in similar fashion got a great rate. She had to try a few lenders but in the end the numbers were good. I got the sense that they were not adversaries but we were working towards a common goal. This is my second purchase from this dealership. That’s something I rarely do. I had started with another dealership and the person wouldn’t commit to any price info unless I came on site. For me that’s wasteful. Ashland sheehy didn’t make come onsite until we had agreed in principle on the selling price. Second time here and another good experience. Ask for “Mikey”. Very helpful.

The staff at Sheehy Ford Ashland are the best.

The staff at Sheehy Ford Ashland are the best. I reached out online inquiring about an Explorer. Chris A. was quick to respond. He was very responsive to my questions. The day I was able to go look, he was unable to be there but he left me in the hands with Lisa J. She was wonderful and very knowledgeable! I bought a 2026 Explorer. Lisa was very helpful with the entire process. Very impressed with the staff. Tony in the finance was wonderful. Super friendly. All the staff is top notch!!! They make you feel like family.

Excellent to work with!

Excellent to work with! Found my vehicle on their web site, submitted my info and even though they were about to close got right back to me. Their team was top notch and worked with us to get exactly what were were looking for. A great price and great team to do business with.

My daughter saw a car she liked so we went and looked at

My daughter saw a car she liked so we went and looked at it one random evening. We didn’t get pressure, we looked at it at our leisure and the car was in very good shape for a used vehicle. From the time we arrived there until the day we drove the car away, the staff was helpful and kind. Rita Eggeraat greeted us and helped us through the purchase with patience and kindness. Luis Trevino went above and beyond when he overheard our conversations and that we were shopping for my daughter. He stepped in right away and helped get the right price, made the experience more personable, and followed up quickly with all our needs, concerns and questions. Rita and Luis are great and we also appreciated our time with Megan Paule as we closed out the purchase. Great team and we are grateful for their personalities and professionalism. Thank you!
