Write a reviewI scheduled my 2005 F250 with them to have an identified (by them) oil leak and my rear passenger door problem 2 months in advance as we were out of the country. We scheduled it for a Friday and since we live an hour and a half away booked a room for Friday and Saturday to give them the two days to complete the repairs. We dropped the truck at the dealer at 0715 on Friday. The service person said they would call with an update as soon as they had one. It was 4PM on Friday when we decided to call the dealer since we had not received a call. When I finally got the service rep who had my truck, he said, "he was dealing with an avalanche and would call me back." Another hour and no word. I again called and spoke to the rep again who said, "they had not even looked at the truck and would have to move it to the following Monday." So, now I will have to take the loaner back and get my truck and reschedule this. So, on Saturday I arrive at 0815 and ask for my truck. The service reps were still not finished checking the 0800 service customers paperwork and looked very overwhelmed. Then I was told they could not find my keys. They had to get a manager to help in the search. About 10 minutes later the truck was handed over to me. I received no apology for completely wasting my 2 days. Needless to say I will not be working with this dealer again. I have left 2 messages with the service manager's voicemail and have yet to receive a call.

Had a great experience with the battlefield team in Culpepper. Kevin is a knowledgeable and very helpful sales associate and the finance team was not pushy but very informative.

The most backwoods car buying transaction of my life and I go through a TON of them. NO deposits to hold a vehicle allowed, NO way to E-Sign papers in advance. NO way to transport a vehicle. Go through all the work to purchase a vehicle only for the sales rep to tell me (someone else is on their way to look at it, hold off on travel arrangements.) And NOW we see why Ford dealerships are closing their doors all across the country.

Best Salesman , I was looking for a Toyota C-HR for my husband and read about one 3hrs from my house , spoke to Kevin Stemiel and told him the importance of being 100% honest since I lived so far away . He didn’t hide anything about the car took detailed pictures and sent them to me . Thank you , It was a refreshing change .I arrived very early in the morning he was there and waiting , the car was exactly what he said it was . We purchased the car … back on the road in an hour .great service . Thank you Kevin⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The service department is definitely customer first focused. Our Ford vehicles have certainly had their share of complications. However, the team at Battlefield Ford does everything within the means to make the customer first. If I were to nitpick, I'd share better follow-up contact (email or phone) would be more helpful. We're actually considering getting a new vehicle at this dealership soon (if the numbers work out).
