Lute Riley in Richardson did a PHENOMENAL job!

Lute Riley in Richardson did a PHENOMENAL job! I have NEVER had a good experience in a dealership and Lute Riley changed all of it. From Brandon on Internet sales to Arely on with amazing customer service on the floor, this was amazing. I just realized I didn’t say anything about the car and to be honest, when you are having fun in the dealership, you’d get anything! The other staff were like family. I mean that. Everyone was walking around laughing and cutting up with each other. It had a fun atmosphere!

The show room is attractive with cars on display and semi

The show room is attractive with cars on display and semi private work spaces for sales. The inventory had several cars in the model and trim I was interested in buying. It was nice to have choices. My salesman, Ahmed Zouhby, took care to show me how to use all the systems and help me set up the apps for service and info on my phone. I appreciated his expertise and patience since my new 2025 CRV EXL is the first “smart” car I have owned.

Ahmad made the experience of getting a car significantly

Ahmad made the experience of getting a car significantly more enjoyable. He quickly explained all the relevant features in the car that we test drove, and didn't pressure us into getting upgrades that we weren't interested in. I recommend Ahmad as a sales person.
