My wife and I went this past weekend to the Lute Riley Dealership to look for a CPO Honda Odyssey. Prior to arriving at the dealership they were very friendly over the phone to help coordinate the test drive and negotiate the price prior to us arriving. This helped streamline the process when there. Shoutout to Mo our salesman who helped answer all of our questions and needs when looking at the vehicle. His level of care, attention to detail, and willingness to help was fantastic. Overall, we had a great and smooth experience at the dealership, the whole team was friendly and helpful, and all seemed to be passionate about Honda. Only negative was that the whole paperwork process still required us to wait 3 hours even though we had the price figured out, but that seems to be the norm at any dealership. Would recommend if you want a good deal on a CPO Honda in the Dallas area and what to get top level of service as you go through your car buying experience.

Our experience at Lute Riley was excellent. We had visited another Honda dealership closer to our home and had left really frustrated and dissatisfied. We saw a pre-owned CRV at Lute Riley and gave them a call. Everything fell into place after that. Pehlevan was our sales person and he did a great job! He made the test drive very comfortable and got us all the information we needed to make a well informed decision. We purchased the car that day and picked it up the next. It was ready to go When they said it would be at the price they quoted. It was a nice experience and I’m so glad to have my car!

Javed was very attentive and kind. AK was amazing. He stayed late working with us to get a good deal that everyone was happy with and was very patient. Highly recommend this dealership!!!

We had a great experience with our salesman Adam, finance manager Christina, and the Lute Riley Honda team. Adam was a genuinely nice and honest person who was knowledgeable of the car’s features. He and the team were pleasant but also efficient in their processes, from the greeting and test drive to the finance office. Christina also had a great, friendly personality and went above what typical finance managers do. We contacted and visited other dealers in the DFW area but ultimately purchased from Lute Riley because of this positive experience. Highly recommend!

Christina the finance manager is extremely unprofessional and she has 0 de-escalation skills. I was able to drive off the lot with the car, but was still being asked to provide a bunch of stuff after the fact. The car also came back $6k more than what was advertised. I’ve returned the car and canceled the loan. Be careful.
