To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to address concerns regarding two vehicles — the first being a Hyundai Palisade I purchased and returned, and the second being the unit I currently own. I am unsure of the criteria and procedures used for your certification process, but my experiences have led me to question the thoroughness and accuracy of that process. The initial Palisade exhibited severe suspension issues, including blown shocks and struts, which were visibly noticeable to the point that even my daughters recognized something was wrong. With the second Palisade, several additional concerns have surfaced. Yesterday morning, the vehicle developed a major oil leak and required towing into the repair facility that I manage. A service advisor previously informed me that a service had been performed prior to sale; however, the condition of the oil was extremely poor, indicating otherwise. The vehicle also produces a consistent rattle during cold starts, which could be related to timing chain or lifter wear — both of which may result from extended intervals or lack of maintenance. I was also advised that the tires were in good condition, yet I have already had to replace them. Actual tread depth was 4/32" or lower, despite being told they measured 5/32". Additionally, if an alignment was performed as claimed, the rear camber was not corrected, as it remained out of specification when inspected. I am extremely frustrated with the ongoing issues surrounding this vehicle and have serious concerns about its long-term reliability — particularly the cold-start clattering noise. I respectfully request clarification regarding your inspection guidelines, service verification process, and how these issues passed certification in their current state.

My wife and I were pleasantly surprised at how fun you made the car buying experience. Taking a car home for the night blew our minds. Peter Spears and Skip Forward were fantastic to work with. They are both hard workers who were patient with us as well. I appreciate how knowledgeable they were and how helpful they were to the process.

Great experience with Huffines Chevrolet! They helped me purchase my dream car and made the whole process smooth. When I had a few issues afterward, they were quick to get everything resolved and made sure I was taken care of. We have gone here for over 25 years! Love this service location?? Absolutely great hands down? They take care of our family every time we go there. Now that we have so many Chevy, Buick, and GMC cars we send out grown kids there!
