Extremely disappointing experience. The salesman “ Frank Elesiely “ uses dishonest sales tactics and misleading wordage then gos back on it once you’ve signed paperwork. I’ve never been treated as poorly at a dealership as I was here. I even tried reaching out to the sales manager to fix the problem and couldn’t even get a call back. If you value dealer who keep their word and won’t screw you over this is not the dealer for you. I would highly recommend taking your businesses elsewhere if you are ever in the market for a ford vehicle.

Just bought my new truck from Five Star Ford Lewisville and the experience was hands down the most reputable dealership experience I've ever had. After visiting and speaking with multiple other dealerships in the DFW area, none of them showed me the right truck the way Five Star Ford did. Big shoutout to my salesperson Alex Ruiz — he genuinely listened to what I was looking for and put me on the right truck. No pushing me toward something just to make a sale, no trying to upsell me on things I didn't need, just an honest effort to find the truck that actually fit what I was looking for. A big thank you to Jackson Velasquez who was also great to work with throughout the process. As well as Jacob Freeman who helped make the deal happen. The whole experience was professional from start to finish. No weird feelings, no high-pressure tactics, no games. They respected what I wanted and worked with me to make it happen. I felt like a valued customer the entire time, not a number on a sales sheet. If you're truck shopping in DFW, do yourself a favor and ask for Alex Ruiz at Five Star Ford Lewisville. This was probably the fourth time I had taken my 2016 Ford Explorer in for an issue. The same noise had been reoccurring for several years. It was not until John was assigned as my service advisor, that one really listened and was dedicated to resolving the issue. It is his genuine caring that separates John from the rest. It was his dedication and commitment that isolated and fixed the issue. The car now drives better than the day I purchased it. I thank you John from the bottom of my heart! You are truly an asset to Ford.

Five Star Ford of Lewisville is the ONLY place I will ever buy a Ford from. Even if I move across the country or they don't have exactly what I want, the buying experience was that great. Almost every dealership I worked with was offensively disrespectful to my time and sense - hiding prices until I spent a day at their showroom, dishonest about availability, and claiming to be "transparent" when in fact they were the complete opposite. Five Star Ford of Lewisville was a completely different experience from start to finish. My salesperson Logan was outstanding. I'm based in Austin — 3.5 hours away — so I needed to handle as much as possible remotely before making the trip. Logan was communicative, flexible, and never made me feel pressured or misled. He was fully prepared to finalize the deal remotely and arrange delivery if I wanted it. What really stood out: they even installed a few aftermarket things I wanted (tint, bedliner, tonneau cover) before I signed a single piece of paperwork. That kind of trust in a customer is something I've never experienced at a dealership. New car manager Brandon was equally impressive. He helped clarify the technical side of the financials during negotiations and genuinely felt like he was working in my interest by ensuring I was taking advantage of every rebate and discount — not just trying to close a deal. Finance manager Jakson was transparent and respectful through closing. Every finance department I've ever dealt with has felt like someone was working an angle on me — Jakson was the opposite. He communicated the value of their post-sale offerings honestly, and I never felt pressured. I usually treat this part of the process like a timeshare presentation - take a nap, put in headphones, or just beg to get it over with. Jakson's approach was the first time I've ever seriously considered a service contract (that's saying something) because he took the time to listen and explain the specific elements that mattered to me. I will buy every Ford I ever own from this dealership. If you're dreading the dealership experience, I promise this place should be the first and last one you work with. Congrats, Five Star, you have restored my faith that a pleasant car buying experience still exists. Got a used car from them and I asked multiple times about any disclosures etc. But I felt they lied and knowingly hid car accident and hail damage information. When I took it another dealership to fix some strange issues showing up after a month I was given detailed info into that by pulling all history. Bottom line I felt cheated , scammed and they were dishonest with me. I highly recommend to stay away and save your investment and go someplace else.
