It took them a few minutes for a service rep to come to

It took them a few minutes for a service rep to come to me and they were not busy had zero cars before me or after me. I was there to just do an oil change and then asked them to check my transmission fluid. She came back after initially telling me it would be free to check it, 2 minutes later telling me it would just under $200 to check the fluid. That’s insane to me. Just walked out with the oil change and was there for 1 hour and paid $86 even with a 10% discount for going in the afternoon. This is 20$ more than the regular dealership I go to without the discount. Probably won’t be coming back unless necessary.

I want to start off by saying I dreaded the car buying

I want to start off by saying I dreaded the car buying process! I?m fresh out of a bankruptcy and went to SEVERAL other dealerships and none of them couldn?t or wouldn?t work with me. I became greatly discouraged and started looking into BHPH lots. I spoke to a coworker about my experience and she recommended I check out South Pointe. I scrolled and scrolled their inventory online (plentiful options) and found a car that I loved. So I decided to test my luck again and submitted my finance application online and was contacted by Bob shortly after, I was a bit reluctant but reminded myself the worst thing I could hear is another denial. But I was talked into a test drive on my lunch break and I fell in love with the car from there? Bob had me an approval prepared for the car and before I knew it I was signing papers and scheduled to pick up the car the next day! I will say it was one of the seamless car purchases yet. Took in total 3 hrs and I will also add there was no extra unnecessary fees on the paperwork! I will recommend everyone to check out South Pointe! Thank you Bob and the finance team!

No complaints. Everthing was fine. Ken does amazing job of picking up and dropping off customers to and from the dealership. Thank you very much.

I bought my 2013 Cruze new from South Pointe and have had all of ?Carmine?s? service done there. We have passed the 100,000 mile point together. I would and have recommended that dealership, staff, and service department to anyone who asks. Great people make a great team!
