This was my first time bringing our car to Athens

This was my first time bringing our car to Athens Chevrolet. I was promptly met by a service advisor who took my information and told me to relax in the waiting area. I was only there for an oil change and tire rotation. They were finished in about thirty minutes. The service advisor’s name was Max Galland, he was both professional and polite.

I was hung up on when I called to make an appointment and

I was hung up on when I called to make an appointment and I had a recall on my car that was very serious. I initially called and they said they would get back with me and they were ordering the part they didn't get back to me. I called again and was hung up on. Some lady was kind and texted me a day or two later and helped me make an appointment. The men inside the service desk area were rude and ignored me. They cut me off when I spoke and made me feel unwelcome. The woman who was responsible for texting me- I believe her name was Cindy? She was kind.
