Great service department they areas good as my truck is!

Sales team was great. Little bothersome since we live over an hour away that everything that needed attention was not able to be done on first trip back and second trip to have air vent checked is required but workable. John and Mike were very nice to work with and if another new vehicle were needed, I would definitely use them again. Only negative was cleaning of vehicle prior to application of purchased protection on interior and exterior.

Our dealer, LaMarr Green was very nice and knowledgeable in the vehicle we bought. We were very satisfied. So satisfied, we came back a second to when we bought our second car. I appreciate good customer service and he gave us excellent customer service

Good, easy, no hassle service and recall repair. Went in to get my last free service and asked about recall email I had received. Was told the service would take about 2 hours. One hour and twenty minutes later I was leaving. They had serviced my truck and also conducted the recall repair as well. Saved me time and another trip in for the repair.

I started looking for a truck in May. I told the dealership what I wanted and got some information. I told them I wasn't buying til October. John never harassed me. He waited to call until September. I visited the lot again, and he helped me find the perfect deal. From the lot to your front door, you won't find a better dealer. Go see John Ingram, and tell him Sarah Rice sent ya!

They did their semi-annual maintenance well. They did it quickly.

Great Customer Service, everyone I spoke with was very friendly and helpful.

My customer service experience was exceptional from first inquiry to check-out! The detail work was good. My only complaint was that the inside of the middle console was overlooked in the cleaning process so I had to clean that myself. That shouldn't happen for the price I paid. Overall an exceptional experience that I would consider going through again in the future!
