What a pleasant experience of support and caring given my limited time to work with the Dealership, Freddie and the leadership throughout the purchase process. They exceeded my expectations if finding me my pickup that is most difficult to acquire, a 2dr with the appropriate options. the additional upgrade for heated seats and the bed cover works perfectly for my needs.

Matt the owner was very very helpful. I would recommend all my family and friends to go there and buy a car and experience the easy car buying process. Also Brandon the salesman who also helped me was very very helpful as well. He took the time to explain everything to me including all controls everything in the car.

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Bryan (sales manager) is awesome and very friendly! He made the process very smooth and did not haggle me through any part. Eddie (finance) was also notably very helpful and friendly. He showed me the warranty but did not give me a hard time or pressure me into anything other than I came for. He even helped me with a discount for what I originally came in for. Overall 10/10 facility, staff and experience!

The absolute worst experience I have ever had attempting to by a vehicle. I was lied to from the beginning. When called on it the salesman wouldn’t return my calls. The sales manager took no accountability on their failure. I have bought 10 new trucks in the last 15 years and this dealership has been the absolute worst and most dishonest I have eve dealt with

Called for pricing, hilarious sales manager Doug calls me back to tell me no thanks. Wouldn't even give a price. Funny you want me to low ball you and then you get offended. Welcome to a buyers market, i hope you guys have a back up plan when your owner is eating finance costs and not selling.

I have had issues with the APIM since I purchased the Escape Hybrid in November of 2021?it is now March of 2023.. still no replacement APIM which was ordered January 2023?this APIM services many electrical parts on the vehicle. The dealership that is servicing my Escape has been terrific (Friendly Ford Roselle, Illinois) attempting to receive this APIM from Ford to no avail.
