I've been to Royal Hyundai with my 2010 Elantra four times for different service problems. Each time the technicians were professional and explained what they were doing (and the charges involved) every step of the way. Highly recommend.

I had to take my car- that I bought used from another dealer -in due to a recall. This is the ONLY reason I would go here. Several years ago my husband and I wanted to test drive a car, and the salesman would not allow us a test drive unless we would commit to buying the car then and there! After at least 5 minutes of bickering with the salesman, my husband told him in no uncertain terms what he thought of the dealership, the salesman and what he could do with the car.......SO, back to the recall......after the work was done, which was in a timely manner and by polite service techs, I left, after being pursued about trading my vehicle in and buying a newer one from them. When I got home, I noticed they had put one of their license plate brackets on my car, which again I BOUGHT FROM A DIFFERENT DEALER. Those brackets are coming off as soon as possible!!!

I unfortunately have no choice but to use this dealership since any other hyundai dealership is too far. This is the biggest group of inexperienced technicians I have ever dealt with. It should not take months to diagnose a simple problem. Also, if I have an appointment set for weeks to handle a recall they should have the part to fix it! I will drive a few hours to a better dealership from now on!!
