I was expected a better reliability on Subaru Outback, some unexpected problem.

Subaru Outback service

The dealership installed a Subaru CD player and did some other minor repairs. Everyone is courteous and the workmanship is excellent.

All in all, a really good experience

It was good....! Made better by them giving me a Lyft ride(my very first) home to wait, as opposed to hanging out for hours in their waiting room! I got stuff taken care of at home and a series of text messages to my cell kept me in the loops about what was going on with my car repair - win-win!! AND, they sent me a link by text to schedule fore another Lyft to take me BACK to the dealer to pick up my car.

Awful Customer Service

I have had nothing but issues with this dealership since purchasing a vehicle with them in June of 2020. The dealership failed to smog and register my car when I purchased it from them and I only discovered this upon receiving a notice from the DMV. Kathleen Garcia contacted me and offered to reimburse me for the smog on November 23. It is now April 4, and the staff has chosen to ignore all communications I've sent to the various managers. Jacob Lozano, the service manager, is both rude and condescending when you bring your vehicle in for service. My vehicle sat at their dealership in the dirt parking lot for two weeks from September 30 through November 15 only for them to send me to have service done at another dealership. I do not recommend anyone purchase a car from these people and I actively tell anyone to stay away from this dealer. I'm still fighting for any sort of resolution for several major issues that I've had with them and I'm being ignored and pushed aside to this day.

Great Experience!

My family had an incredible experience buying a Certified Pre-Owned Subaru. After seeing a price that was lower than anything we could find in Southern California, we worked with Richard to organize the purchase. Ultimately, the General Manager happened to be visiting Los Angeles and even drove the car down for us!! Upon receiving the car, Richard went above and beyond -- he spent quite some time with us on the phone walking us through setting up all the features. He has been incredibly available and helpful with any other questions we had -- always available via text/phone. Truly an extraordinary car buying experience!

Excellent customer service at Fremont Subaru

Shane works in sales at a Fremont Subaru. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. Not pushy whatsoever. He helped me attain a very fair price through the help of his manager. I left happy with my experience at Fremont Subaru and would recommend anyone in the Bay Area go there to look at or buy a car
