On March 26, 2026, I contacted Diana and started the paper work for a vehicle. All morning while at work. Diana proceeded in getting everything needed to make sure I had a fast turnaround when i got to the dealership. When I got to the dealership I all had to do was work on a few particulars and in less than 3 hours I had a brand new 2026 Hyundai Tuscon. Diana was on point made sure I had plenty of water. Had the car wash and detailed and even took it to off shipping mode. She even stayed an extra hour after she was suppose to leave and made sure I left with my car. You have a forever customer as long as you are working there.

I had a wonderful experience working with Diana while purchasing my car. The dealership is spacious with up to date car models but the star of my transaction on 2/14 was my sale rep Diana. I usually hate going to dealerships due the shark mentality sales reps have but Diana was beyond sweet , knowledgeable and she made my autistic son & very spunky daughter feel welcomed. That made me feel calm to make a decision to buy. Diana walked my husband & I through all the prices and packages without forcing us to buy. She understood that we had a budget & needed to stay in our range. I felt like I was talking to a family member Instead of a sales rep. we need more people like Diana in these positions that don’t just want your money but actually care about their jobs and clients. If you need a car I suggest you ask for Diana!!! She is there to make lasting connections. I also want to give thanks to the maintenance crew & Oscar the manager !!! they were very helpful.
