Purchased a Honda Pilot

Recently purchased a 2013 Honda Pilot from Parks. Everything went very well, really appreciated the laid back, low pressure sales approach they used. Will definitely continue shopping there.

Great Experience

They were very easy to work with. There was no pressure. Adam from the sales dept and Chris from finance were great to work with. Adam checked with us a couple of days later to make sure we were happy with the purchase and that the vehicle was still meeting expectations. Chris called with a better finance option that he had found that saved us thousands over the course of the loan.

Horrible Customer Service

Made me wait for hours for Finance dept. after signing all the paperwork it was 8:00p.m. And I was told that I had to wait 3 days for delivery because they wanted to try to get me a better deal. The next day I was told that finance director was off for the day and other finance managers didn’t have time to work on my deal because they had “their own customers to deal with”. Trust me once they have that signature you become gum on the bottom of their shoe.

Bait and Switch

I was quoted a price by one sale’s agent, then the GM called and tried to raise the price by $1,000. This dealership should not be allowed to advertise on this site. Buyers beware!!!
