I was car searching and went through Parks Chevrolet and

I was car searching and went through Parks Chevrolet and was greeted by Albie Perez, even though I didn’t purchase a car, he was and gave me knowledge about what to look for when it did come time to purchase. I would highly recommend him. Great guy and good at what he does! Thanks Albie!

Sam and the mechanics are great folks.

Really enjoyed working with the sales staff.

Really enjoyed working with the sales staff. Everyone was very friendly. Charles and Steve were great to work with, and the rest of the staff was very interactive and engaging! I really do recommend them highly!

I contacted the dealership just to enquirer if certain

I contacted the dealership just to enquirer if certain listed vehicle was available. I got a response from three different people, including the sales manager. When I started emailing him, one of the other guys (Arbie or something like that) sent me an email that seemed to have a “tone” to it like “well I guess you are interested since you aren’t responding”. I pointed out that I was responding to someone else. I was upfront that I live 3 hours away but was shopping online for my son, who lives 10 minutes away, and would be finding a time to car shop with him in the near future. Even after explaining this, they kept asking if I could come in the same day or the next day. I finally stopped responding. We bought a car there many years ago and it was a good experience but this seemed like if I wasn’t buying jn the next 48 hours then they weren’t interested. We did end up buying a car yesterday in the area but didn’t like the pressure and the lack of knowing what each hand was doing at parks.
