Highway Robbery
Took over a week to fix a leak in trunk. It was a recall, they charged me over $600.00...Told them where the leak originated..the recall letter. Still charged me 150.00 for diagnostic xx. Rip off will never go back to Vaden to buy or service my vehicle.

I’m basing this review on customer service. I called to get pricing and possible negotiation and was told by Ivanna that store policy does not allow that via calls or email. Isn’t this the point of internet sales? Sounds sketchy.

Oil Change Service
Had a great experience. Was able to book my oil change appointment online and was able to get into Vaden upward of 3 weeks prior to other locations. Service was professional. Lounge area was clean and quiet and allowed me to get work done while my vehicle was being worked on - also stocked with refreshments. Was even texted during my appointment regarding additional services which allowed me to review and approve in real time. I would highly recommend this location and definitely will go back myself.

Catalytic repair
