Excellent all around. Found the basic truck that I had my eye on, on the web. It was much less than at other dealerships. This is the perfect place to go to if you want a Ford. Since I have no experience with their service department and don't know anyone that goes there. I cannot give any advice about that department.

From star to finish the process was smooth, I never felt pressure to purchase nor rushed. We called ahead to look at a particular vehicle that was on the lot. Mike was my sales person and also turns out to be Customer Development. Good job for him as he has developed a return customer. The vehicle was noted to need a side mirror. The part was ordered and within a week it was in. Service was just as great as Sales. Staff was friendly and courteous!

The sales personal at Portsmouth Ford were excellent they had the 2014 Ford Fusion that i wanted to test drive ready for me no waiting around. The sales process and finance department were excellent. I bought a 17 Lincoln Navigator from Portsmouth Ford. Brian Leahy was my sales rep. He was positive, thorough and easy to work with. After finding a part broken in the back seat I contacted Portsmouth. There was some rough edges around the process getting it repaired but they allowed me to take the car to a local dealer for repair (I live 2.5 hours from Portsmouth, NH). I would definitely buy from them again and would recommend them to others.
