Rarely does the experience of buying a car goes this. Smoothly. The representative, Pedro Gill was not only knowledgeable but very clear in his presentation of the vehicle. My trade in was fairy appraised. Upon delivery he took the time to explain and demonstrate the features some of which were rather complicated. Best experience ever. Thank you.

We had a great experience with our sales person Pedro Gil. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions that we had concerning our purchase. Portland Ford has a huge selection of vehicles options and colors making it a great place to do business. I would highly recommend them to all my friends.

Just spent two days negotiating a deal with Pedro Gil - via phone and email - on their monthly "ad car" that was a nice f150 STX, which was what I was looking for but not necessarily in red so I tried to negotiate the same discount onto another STX and I was told that the deep discounts were on that truck only as it was the "ad car" of the mouth. I was up front that I wanted to take advantage of the 0% offer from Ford and after finding out I had a private offer from Ford on my household I was able to get the price down to where I could pull the trigger. Pedro confirmed my private offer and edited the offer to reflect the previous discounts stacked on top of the rebate I was able to find plus the offer had the monthly payment, which was for the 0%. I called to give a deposit and work out a time to get in there only to be told they needed to add back in the rebates since that can't be stacked with the 0%, which I was asking for the entire time. When I tried to speak to the sales manager, he referenced a disclaimer on their website that reflected that the rebates and the 0% cannot be used together. In no way did the "discounts" on my quote say they were from rebates and I was previously told that these were discounts on the "ad car", which I couldn't get on another truck so how are they the normal discounts? The offer I was sent had no disclaimers and the discount was listed as just that, a discount and not a rebate. I assumed they were trying to get rid of the truck as they had it since at least August since it listing stated the price was discounted in August. Sales manager asked if he could do anything else and I asked for him to honor their quote - he refused, referencing a disclaimer that I later found that did not apply to the circumstances in question. Shady negotiations. Total waste of time - honor your quotes Portsmouth Ford!

Stepped thru the door was introduced to Mike Shannon reviewed the truck models and prices in his office and drove off in a F150 XLT. 0 %down 0%financing.I also received a $1,000 check from Ford For being a Vetrans.The whole process 45 minutes. Dan Carroll

Took my 2016 Escape in to have a sticker put on and find out why the front tire was shaking,, (~3weeks ago.) they put four new tires now the car rides crap must be the worst balance I’ve ever had on tires It feels like they were not balanced at all !!!, also the tires are out of round !! The E-Flasher were left on for 4+ days (Did want to drive it thinking it would cause more problem,, the flasher were on because I had to park in the street and forgot them on, so the car needed to be jumped so I put the jumps on my car it started right at less then a single turn as it always did !!! The wife drove the car right to your shop, the battery didn’t have time to charge, I wanted to get to your shop before it closed so I could tell the Service Writer exactly what I wanted done ! I never said anything about the battery, was thinking that the jumpers cables left on the front seat would indicate the battery needed CHARGING, appears they never check the battery, the started the car fine,, all the time !! They couldn’t get a hold of me, so they convinced that the battery needed replace so they replaced the battery with a battery with to small of a battery, the day I picked it up from the shop the car took several turns of the motor (Remember I stated the battery that was in the (The one that Portsmouth Ford replaced ~3 to 4 years ago.)).!! Today I tried to start the car from the key fob, it turns about 6 times and didn’t start, went I went out to start it the 1st. time I tried after about 10 turns of the motor I stopped, 2nd. time it took 5 turns and started !!! The bottom line is Portsmouth replaced a battery that always started the car in less than a turn with one that doesn’t start the car correctly !!!! I really want my old battery THAT ALWAYS STARTED THE CAR back …. I’m going to be really pissed the morning this “JUNK” battery doesn’t start the car on a cold day…. Now not only I’m I going to have to was time to your shop, I don’t trust your service crew !!!!!! Let’s see the replaced a good battery with one that don’t always start the car, and put un-balanced and out of round tires (Feels like riding a hay wagon !!!).. How’s PORTSMOUTH FORD going to fix the issues PORTSMOUTH FORD created, without costing me a day out of work ?? It seems like such a simple task , to charge a battery and check it, which was not done. If it was I would have the right size battery and not one that is to small in cold starting amps, also most seems like a battery you have in the shop for starting other cars !!!!!!!). Next I was lied to that the car taking out of a test drive “Not Possible” I’ve had several people “Test Drive” the car and they noticed the tire issues right away !! Once again a simple job… So did your service people road test it after the job was done,, or are they just num ????
