I am extremely disappointed in the treatment I received at this dealership, specifically from Ben, the sales manager, at the Chattanooga store. After spending two days trying to find the right vehicle and being at the dealership from 6pm until closing, I was unexpectedly yelled at by Ben in front of the entire sales floor. My 7-year-old was with me, hungry and asking what was taking so long, which only added to the stress of the situation. The vehicle I had originally reserved had mysteriously “disappeared” and was suddenly on a truck being shipped out, so I was trying to look at other options and complete a 24-hour test drive. Despite my patience and efforts, I was met with completely unprofessional behavior. I am a repeat customer who has purchased multiple cars from this location without any issues, and I even have my salesperson’s personal number because of the positive experiences I have had in the past. That makes this incident even more disappointing. No customer should ever be treated this way, especially not one who has been loyal to the dealership. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, and I truly hope the dealership addresses this issue so other customers do not have a similar experience.

Not worth the money
Car had multiple scratches and dents low on oil and antifreeze.. pictures looked immaculate. Definitely not worth 23,000. No call back with any bodywork done even though who would want to purchase a car over $20,000 that needed bodywork.

Long has guaranteed their work for life time of my car. They did a great job in a timely manner. I would recommend them to everyone.

Linda Gay--Service for my Tucson
I love my Tucson. I've had no bad experiences with Tootie the Tucson. Minor problems are repaired as soon as the problems are presented. I take my breakfast to the service center and settle down until my car is ready. I seldom wait long.

Service and Repair
I originally bought the Car Max warranty when I made my purchase 3 years ago. The $250 deductible was hard to swallow but it was there when I needed it. Thank you Zach for great customer care. He stood behind the warranty and gave us a loaner while our car was serviced.
