First time Volvo experience was great!

Tim at Volvo Fredericksburg made the experience of upgrading to Volvo very pleasurable. The “deal” was superb as well. I’ve shopped at Midlothian and Fairfax Volvo in the past and they don’t compare. Fredericksburg Volvo won my business

Maps update or not

10,000 oil change time. software updates included maps. There are no new updates. I checked and there were. They said go ahead and install the new version myself with a mac and buy a thumb drive. Mac makes the process very hard. But what about there are no new maps updates since 2016? 2019 had a new update. who needs to be updated?

Charles made the experience a great one. Was very happy with the extras... Coffee, muffins, comfortable environment and timely service. They made sure my car was in the best condition possible.

Dreaded repair light

They serviced my XC90 quickly and effectively at a fair price. So far my favorite dealership in northern Virginia. The staff was friendly and patient. Thanks guys!

End of lease purchase trap

Misleading information and hidden fees: - Recommended transaction method benefited dealership, not us - Personal property tax not calculated on the residual value - Title tax calculated on the SUM that included the property tax - Charged for share of dealership's business license tax - No explanation given for "mystery fee" despite repeated requests

Smooth process.

The dealership and staff made my long distance/out of state purchase very smooth. Sebastian went the 2nd mile for me. Whitney over-nighted paperwork. I picked up my vehicle on time when I returned to Virginia.
