We have purchased several Volvo SUVs from Volvo of Fredericksburg. We always have very positive experiences at this dealership whether it’s for purchases or services. We just made another purchase working with Xavier Washington - Sales. He is very ambitious and excellent to work with. Xavier is extremely knowledgeable about the various trim levels and car features. He reviewed the features, setup our infotainment system and answered all our questions.The dealership treats you like family, working with you to ensure you get the best possible deal. They worked to get the paperwork done quickly and answered any questions. We highly recommend Volvo of Fredericksburg to anyone interested in purchasing or for services.

My experience with the people at Volvo Fredericksburg service was GREAT! "Miguel" in the service department was exceptional in going to lengths on our behalf. I feel a lot of trust and goodwill with this company and everyone I interacted with there.

We had a very positive experience working with this dealer. Xavier Washington, sales, was excellent to work with and very knowledgeable about the different trim levels and car features. The dealership worked to get the paperwork done quickly. I would recommend Volvo of Fredericksburg to anyone interested in a Volvo.

Two of the salesmen mentioned to me on the phone, from their own mouths, that they "PROMISED" that the car wouldn't be sold to anybody while we are pending paperwork. The next day, I received a text message that the car had been sold. The one thing that really upset me as a new customer of Volvo Cars of Fredericksburg was that TWO salesmen mentioned the word "PROMISED" to customers. Please keep it honest. I hope that in the future, Volve Cars of Fredericksburg can maintain a high standard of integrity and honesty with customers. Will never do business and won't recommend colleagues, friends, or family members to this dealer.

Overall, the sales guy was good. Had to wait two hours though for the warranty upsell guy. I would not buy a car here again, because they have a $1000 documentation fee. Ok if you are buying a new $75,000 car; no excuse for it if you are buying a $15,000:used car. They do not tell you this until they write up the contract.

Our admin fee is posted on several offices per DMV requirements. We also provide a detailed view of all pricing before you enter in the finance office. Had a horrible experience bringing my car in for 60,000 miles service. I left with a cut vacuum hose, a broken battery cover and was told I did not have an accessory battery.. I was also up charged to the tune of $1700 which I now know I didn’t need any of what they suggested, but I thought they were honest which I came to believe was not true. I had to take my car back three times for them to get things right. When I spoke with the manager, he offered me an oil change for my troubles. That was insulting . I went to Volvo specifically because they specialize in Volvos. All I can say is stay away.

PLEASE READ THIS BRFORE GOINGGG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Back around April I perchance a car from this dealership, as soon as I drove the car off the lot after BUYING the car the check engine light came on which I then went back and let them know that I felt that I was not only scammed but that the car wasn't properly serviced before being placed on sale, but they claimed that everything had been done, I them asked and informed them that if anything else would happen with the car I would bring it back, they agreed. Fast forward about 2 weeks ago the cooling system began to leak so I called they told me to bring my car (Please note it hasn't even been 3 months since I've bought the car) , a man named Allen then called me and gave me an estimate of $1375 but just a bit over that for just the cooling system leak alone, they then informed me that they wouldn't fix it because it was something that I should fix so I being very upset decided to take the car and leave because of the esteem which to me just seemed unfair due to know personally that they hadn't checked the car NOTE THIS the finance man also tried to rip me off giving me a rate of 12% Please note this always always do your research because if I had not only done my research and wanted for the car that I wanted I wouldn't be making this review at all it's just very disappointing and very tiring and honestly, I also called the corporate off and reported their store and made a complaint to the corporate customer care. PLEASE DONT BUY FROM HERE I'm not satisfied at all, spent all this money to be disappointed, have a nice day everyone. Justice

BUY YOUR VOLVO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! I purchased an XC90 back in December of 2022, from Sébastien The tires needed replacing and the windshield had a crack. I didn't find out until I tried to pass inspection this past January that it would cost over a thousand dollars to replace the windshield. A week after the rejection, my windows and door locks stopped working. Had I gotten a great deal on the car, I might not be so upset about all these extra expenses. I decided to trade the car in because I can't justify the payments when the repairs are costing me so much. When I gave the VIN to the dealer to get a trade in value, I was told there was an accident on the car fax report. That information was never disclosed to me. I feel so completely screwed over and defeated by this place. I guess I was the one they saw coming.

I purchased an SUV on Saturday, December 16, 2023. They appeared eager and willing to work with me. I felt comfortable as well as appreciated. However, that quickly changed! On December 27, 2023 I contacted them that there was a light that appeared. Something was wrong. After they "checked the car out," they handed me a bill for over $1600. At that time I shared I felt that I should not be held accountable. After going round-by-round, they suggested I pay half. Again, my response was no. Finally, after a great amount of time, they decided to cover it. Here we are a month and a half, with only one car payment made, and it is back in the garage. This time there is a leak and other issues totaling over $2900.00. Surprise! They want me to pay that amount. I am in the process of speaking with the Powers that Be, as my salesperson and others have not returned my calls. I'm shocked, an established dealer that is focused on Volvos and has a service center in-house and somehow this is my problem to carry!
