Customer Service has declined. I can never get through to anyone without leaving a message, it takes a a long time to hear back from anyone and texting isn’t used. I’m also disappointed they took away the pay over the app feature. That was super convenient. They also mixed up my car and told me one thing then called and said something else and it took 2 days for service. It was a very inconvenient experience. When I went to pick up my van, there was only one person there and it took a very long time. Not happy with this visit at all. I would recommend the service sept/mechanics but the customer service dept. needs to get it together. Also when I called to make my appointment, the lady couldn’t even schedule me because she was working from home. What’s the point of answering the phone then if you can’t help me. Disappointed!!

I’ve been there before and I’ve been satisfied with their services. However during my last visit relates to a recall, I asked them to check my headlights to offer me a solution to improve the lights that Cherokee has, and they declined if I didn’t pay $145 for diagnosis. What Diagnosis? I was just asking for a suggestion to improve the lights of the car that has bee poorly designed with its headlights and because my car didn’t have warranty then they wouldn’t spend a minute with me without paying “diagnosis fee”. I was absolutely disappointed for their non sense.
