I brought my Jeep in for a sunroof leak and was told the

I brought my Jeep in for a sunroof leak and was told the issue was a clogged drain. However, my invoice states the drain tube was kinked and had to be resealed, which required pulling back carpet and performing a more involved repair. I was charged over $500 for this, but a kinked drain tube sounds like a defect or routing issue rather than normal maintenance. I’m disappointed this was not submitted under warranty or at least discussed as a possibility. The repair itself seems to have fixed the issue, but I would have appreciated more transparency and an effort to advocate for warranty coverage.

Water leak repairs, including issues related to sunroof drain tubes (whether clogged, kinked, or restricted), are not eligible for goodwill assistance through the manufacturer. That said, if there were any possibility for coverage, we absolutely would have submitted the request on your behalf we always look to advocate for our customers whenever an opportunity exists. VERY BAD UNPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE JUST TO MAKE Couple EXTRA $ ruining dealership reputation, unethical practices, Always try to sell you something for 400$-500$. Charged us $97.19/- for just labor for oil change and separate charge for oil and filter i.e $47.75/-. I don't understand how this kind of people can see themselves in mirror they scamming right under the BIG BRAND . Back stabbing the brand who is feeding them.

The $97.19 referenced was not labor for an oil change. That amount included $35.00 in labor for a tire replacement that was performed during the same visit. Our oil change service is $109.95 total, which includes both parts and labor, and this is the price we currently advertise. At our dealership, we take pride in providing honest service and clear recommendations. Any additional services that may be suggested are based on the condition of the vehicle and are always optional, with the customer making the final decision before any work is performed. We value every customer and strive to ensure a professional and transparent experience for everyone who visits us.
