Penny was very prompt on getting the car in. Explaining everything that was going to happen. Halfway through she came out dnd explained what they did for the inspection and also what they advised on what needed to be done. She explained why it needed to be done and what could happen. Very pleased with the service from start to finished.

The paperwork was nightmare, had to go back to the dealership several times because the paperwork submitted was not accepted by Penn Dot until it was submitted 2 times then accepted. The paperwork was submitted 3 times before Mazda Financial Services would accept the paperwork.
