Absolutely terrible experience DO NOT GO HERE.
Absolutely terrible experience DO NOT GO HERE. Not only Did they forget about my car in the part they ordered for it for over 11 days, but they wouldn’t return my calls and Had the vehicle for over a month For a three hour job. They called me initially and lied about the price that it would cost and told me because it was an outbound call it was not recorded So they couldn’t even prove whether I told them to even start working on the vehicle or not. They acted like they were doing me a favor honoring a coupon that was MINE in the first place and applicable. They also promised to speak with a manager and call back same day and didn’t so when we showed up to pick the car up and the woman who promised already left we couldn’t even take the car home and had to drive all the way back out the next day. Several people dropped the ball on this not just one and acting like they were doing me a favor by lowering the price down to the original invoice I was told after literally forgetting about me and the entire inconvenience is absolutely unacceptable I will never be returning and will never buy another Volkswagen and that’s a shame because I have two GTIs that need servicing often, I will be going elsewhere even if it’s a long drive at least the drive can’t take a month and lie to me.

Buyer Beware!
Buyer Beware! The worst car servicing experience I have ever had. Dec 13 I bring in a working and strong VW SportWagon which is still under warranty until Dec 29th to check an intermittent EPC sensor light on the Dash. My daughter brought the car in to be serviced while she was home for winter break. 7 weeks later, on Jan 28th I had AAA tow away a broken non running car which the dealership sat on. Dec 13 – Jan 6: multiple voicemails from me, unreturned calls, and mystery lights. I got a report that the check engine light issue was resolved ( I did not have a check engine light issue – it was an intermittent EPC light) Jan 6th – stated needed an O2 sensor and a starter issue was fixed. What? I had a working car with a small probably minor light issue. Was told it was not covered by warranty because the dealer could not locate that I even had a warranty. This is strange because they are a VW dealer service station. All they needed to do was check the VIN # in VW Elsa2Go system which is used by all VW dealers in the United States. All talk, double talk, and wishy-washy crap about how they can’t figure it out, or so and so is on vacation, or their printer is broken or any number of other odd things that make it weird that a VW dealer can’t see if a car is covered by warranty. Jan 27th returned to dealer to pick up car. The dealer had done nothing. No work on O2 sensor (probably because that wasn’t broken) no work on the EPC sensor light, no work on anything. After a day of calls back and forth they finally agreed to honor the new car warranty and allegedly fixed the non-existent O2 sensor problem. They still couldn’t find the warranty just honored it under something called a smog emissions govt warranty – what??? Just honor the warranty that expired after I brought the car in. Still no word on the EPC sensor The person I spoke with still couldn’t locate the warranty, couldn’t navigate the VW systems, the warranty manager was out of the office, so and so was sick - any number of excuses and gobble-de-gook, and double talk to mask the scam that was coming. 3 hours later (while my daughter waited) after allegedly installing an O2 sensor – I got a call that the car would not start and now needed a $1200 alternator that is dead along with the battery. I towed the car to another mechanic at this point. Remember I brought in a good, working, and totally happy 6-year-old car with less than 70K mileage and had to TOW IT AWAY from the dealership because they are so inept. Remember - When you hear the double talk coming out of their mouths – BEWARE! Don’t take my word for it - simply look through this website of complaints, and on YELP and other sites. What do they all have in common ?- a lack of responsiveness to calls, inflated billing for new previously unknown issues, double talk, and hemming and hawwing. I think I saw this on 60 minutes and Dateline when I was a kid. Do not give them your business. If I could give them no stars I would.

Simple and pleasant buying experience with Jason and my 2019 Arteon. Came in to look at a Golf trade-in, and for nearly the same money Jason suggested the Arteon which is what I eventually went with. Low miles, a lot of high end features and a nice ride.

The purchase of our ID.
The purchase of our ID.4 was seamless and pleasant at Northampton VW. However, the service department is a mess. The dealership offers free pickup of your car for servicing. (We requested this after waiting more than 5 hours in the dealership for the last servicing). Twice, we received emails and texts the day before the scheduled servicing and twice, no one showed up. Both times, we called an hour or so after the scheduled pickup. The first time, the servicing department claimed that we were not on the schedule (hard to believe given the emails/texts the day before) and the second time, we were told they would get back to us. Surprise, surprise, no call ever came. So, if you're thinking of getting your car serviced here, think again!
