NOT GREAT!

NOT GREAT! Mechanic suggested I replace filters when I did already last time he suggested He didn’t even look at them- not great service - just reading the chart and actually not doing the work Makes me not trust their suggestions going forward and won’t be serving my car here anymore

My new ( 7400 miles) Taos had a complete transmission

My new ( 7400 miles) Taos had a complete transmission failure. The communication regarding the status of my vehicle was disappointing. As was the length of time it took to repair. The car broke down on October 8th, was towed to the dealership, and we didn’t get it back until October 20th. The car is driving great now, the mechanics did a great job. Unfortunately, the rest of the service experience was underwhelming.
