Check Engine Light
On November 14 my Check Engine Light went on. I had time and was near Plaza Motors so I stopped in to find my favorite service lady Tonya Zellmer. There she was and immediately ran the car to the Service Dept. The Thermostat needed replacing and they could do it right then. We talked for a few minutes then I watched TV, made a few phone calls and enjoyed a soda and popcorn available in their lovely waiting room. Tonya has helped me many times over the past ten years and is very trustworthy. The service was fast, good and they did a complete car inspection for free. Tonya and Plaza are the best and I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. See you next time, Tonya.

Pre-Owned Purchase Experience
My husband and I purchased a pre-owned 2013 Buick Enclave from Plaza Motors recently and have been pleased with the overall process of purchasing this car. Our salesman, Dave Collins, was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with as was his sales manager. We would definately consider buying again from this dealer.

Ryan Duchscher is an outstanding representative,
Wow, what an outstanding job Ryan Duchscher did as a service representative for my last visit. I am a single woman of 61 and when I drove into the dealership because an engine light was on, you could of sold me any repair. Your service department consulted with Ryan and he was wonderful as he delivered the ugly news about my ML350. The patience Ryan showed while I made countless phone calls to have an adjuster come by to authorize the work was priceless. Nice facility and nice people
My experiences at Plaza with Deann are always professional and predictable. I appreciate speaking directly with the same person every time I call and always receiving a call before service is begun on our vehicle to inform me of what is required, how long it will take and what the cost will be. Having a nice waiting room and a good cup of coffee, if I choose to wait, is always a treat, too!
